Dr. Michael Domer is the best best best!!!!The needed knee revision by Dr. Domer has changed Louis life after being in pain for years! We are so grateful! As he said there are two kinds of surgeons ....surgeons that do surgery ...and surgeons that want to make people‘s lives better! We thank God for Dr. Domer!

Dr. Domer is wonderful and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM to anyone! I had my left knee replacement in May and I was very scared, but he assured me that I would be fine. The surgery went well, but shortly after getting in my room, the girl helping me didn’t know the proper way to transfer me and I fell and bent that knee completely under me and twisted my ankle. Dr. Domer was very upset that had happened and was very concerned about what might have happened inside my knee. The x-rays showed that my ankle wasn’t broken, but he didn’t know if he would have to go back in and repair any damage to my knee, but said that time would tell. Well, time confirmed that he had done a great job and everything had stayed together in spite of the fall. I would be a little behind in the healing process, but I didn’t need another surgery. We were both very happy about that! After I was able to see my incision, I was concerned about the various places that my skin was puckered and he said it was just my stitches and that they would go away. I actually didn’t realize how wonderful a job he had done, until I saw other people’s knees in physical therapy and my knee looks so much better than anyone else’s that I’ve seen! When I thanked Dr. Domer for what a wonderful job he’d done, he explained that he was taught to use the internal stitches (even though staples are faster) because the stitches leave a smaller scar and it looks so much better. Well, I haven’t seen anyone with a scar as thin as mine and the puckered up places are disappearing; even three different physical therapists have commented on how nice of a scar it is! I don’t like scars, but after seeing other people that have bigger scars that look like caterpillars because of the staples, I am overjoyed with how mine looks!
Not only did he do a great job on my knee, but he is also very nice, and he takes the time to answer all the questions I have; and although I know he’s busy, I never feel rushed, like he doesn’t have time to listen to me, it feels like he genuinely cares. I actually found Dr. Domer by searching online for a doctor that took my insurance and then reading their reviews and he had the best reviews of anyone I had looked at and the most current ones. Well, I thank God that I found Dr. Domer and that he was available to me! I can’t imagine that any other doctor could do a better job, and I will be having my right knee replacement done by him in the near future! If you need a great doctor for your knee replacement, then look no further, because I believe Dr. Domer is the best!

I've had two surgery's done by Dr. Domer (both hips). Recovery has been remarkably quick with both.

During our office visits, he always listens to all of my questions and concerns and takes the time to explain everything. He never seems to be trying to rush to see his next patient. While with you, he is with only you. I recommend him to anyone that mentions they are having orthopedic pain.

I don’t want to forget the entire staff at Ortho Arizona (Arcadia), everyone I’ve dealt with on the phone, front desk, or behind the doors (nurses, nursing assistants, radiology, etc.) have been great without exception.

Pain free, for the first time in years! Thank you, Dr. Domer.

I am 6 weeks post op from a full knee replacement by Dr. Domer. This knee had been giving me problems for 45 years, and I am looking forward to having a "good" knee now. Dr. Domer and his team are always available to answer questions and lend support. When it's time to do my other knee, I will come right back to Dr. Domer. He is great.

I was extremely pleased with Dr Domer.... from the preview visitation and the anaylis of the tricky issues at hand he made it all look easy and today just 2 months after theration I am up and about much better than I have been in 20 years... thanks man...

Dr. Domer was referred after my first surgeon messed up the repair of my broken leg (3 places) and my insurance ran out. None of the bones were healing together. He saw the problem, that the bones were set to far apart and were kept apart by the plate and screws. He redid the surgury , revising it, and treated me. Now the bones are healing together and my pains have gone. He did a great job, kept us advised and I would Highly recommend him to all. Plus he is knowledgeable, caring, helpful, empathetic.

Dr. Domer is awesome. I needed two total knee replacements and both were done 13 weeks apart. He is a very caring and compassionate person. He listens and answers your questions and explains everything. I would recommend Dr. Domer to anyone. He is an excellent physician and I am very grateful that he brought back a quality of life for me that I had not known in years. His physical therapy staff and office staff are excellent. If you are in need of an orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Domer is the one.

Dr Domer is an outstanding Surgeon! He diagnosed and corrected a loose artificial hip that had been plaguing me for two and a half years. Scores of other Dr’s were bested by the skill and knowledge of Dr Domer. He is awesome in all respects, skilled, knowledgeable, empathetic, overall great guy! I will start by describing myself as a big man in my 50’s who has managed to keep healthy by hiking every day. I hyperextended my left knee in the Superstitions in Feb 2018. Usually I recover quickly, but this time I did not bounce back and things got progressively worse (severe pain, stiffness, joint instability). I was referred to Dr. Domer in September 2018 and after reviewing my MRI and a 2nd x-ray (performed in his office that day) he diagnosed a complex meniscus tear, chondral defects, and chondromalacia (due to overuse and my weight). He said “you need a new knee”, showed me why, and then explained that he can’t do it while my BMI is over 40. With those words the journey began. Dr. Domer worked with me to get me hiking again (and losing weight) by 1st trying cortisone shots. Unfortunately, those were not effective and my ability to walk worsened. my weight increased, and my health began to suffer. After discussion, and aware of the risks at my weight, we decided that arthroscopy was the best option available to me at the moment. Dr. Domer performed the surgery in December 2018 to trim my meniscus and to clean up what he could of the arthritis. It has been 5 weeks since that surgery, I am hiking again, have lost 15 pounds, and am on my journey to an eventual new knee. I am grateful to Dr. Domer for taking the time to understand what “makes me tick”, and to take the steps necessary to get me back there. Needless to say, I highly recommend Dr. Domer :)

I just had a total knee replacement in Nov 2018. Thankfully I chose a fabulous doctor!!! I started with injections, but eventually knew that it was time to get it replaced. The entire process was explained in great detail and surgery was literally pain free. Literally. Evidently that doesn't happen very often, but I chose a very skilled physician! If you need a replacement or just need a great orthopedic surgeon, THIS is THE doctor to see. I chose his John C Lincoln practice since it is close to my home, and the office staff and nurses are so very kind and considerate. For surgery, I chose Gateway Surgical Center and can you believe my surgery was outpatient????? Yes!! I was home that afternoon! My entire visit was perfect. Please talk to Dr Domer before you have any type of procedure.....you will thank yourself!!
