Despite the problems with his staff, Dr Lemper is amazing-so knowledgable, caring and meticulous. His office is clean. He an his anesthesiologist are amazing-very compassionate and kind. Dr Lemper always smiles and says he can help you. Far nicer than the other 4 pain management docs i have seen in the last 15 years.

I went to Dr. Lemper as I was new in town, following a car accident, my neighbor recommended him. Not only did he over bill me and my insurance company, but played games with his surgical billing and his regular office billing. His PT was just a trainer from a gym and had no certification whatsoever. Dr. Lemper performed numerous procedures on me, and used general anesthesia every time, which I learned later was not only dangerous, but completely unnecessary. He over bills consistently, and trying to talk to his staff or billing will only get you more frustrated, as a few are family, and they don't care how they respond to you. You are a number, and only to collect money for his malpractice insurance, Wait time, bring breakfast, lunch and sometimes dinner. If you leave and reschedule, don't be surprised if you get billed. Go find another pain doctor, problems will arise months after his procedures, and no one wants to fix his mistakes. Please don't put your condition in harms way!

I have been going to Dr. Lemper off and on since 2008. His old office had many things wrong with it but it changed in the new office. Wait time are better but still could use some work. All appts for referrals are made before I leave the office or I get a call within 2 days to set up appts. Dr. Lemper is great and staff gets an A. Through referrals I have found the best Cardiologist, Back Ortho surgeon, Knee hip and shoulder Ortho surgeon and best PT place. Keep it up

Long waits, phone calls not returned, referrals not followed up on and that is just the office staff who greet you. Really not fair to blame the front desk staff for 3+hr waits Dr. Lemper cares more about the almight $$$ then about the patient. He is fast to determine a problem with just 15 minutes with you without x-rays or an MRI. His bedside manner leaves ALOT to consider. Is there something worse then horrible. Find a different pain management doctor and office. You don't need to pay for his entire center. Your time is more valuable then that and it should be respected. You deserve follow up and a caring person. Not here!!!! Wait they will respond with something that shows they r perfect.

I do believe Dr. Lemper, is a fine doctor and his PA as well are concerned about your management care. But it ends there. Front scheduling a apppointment regardless if it a surgery procedure or a office visit, the people who handle this is the worst I seen, especially pre-surgery scheduling. She displays a attitude that even a young child would recognize. It is for that reason that I WOULD definitely NOT recommend using him only because of his administrative staff.. He needs to take a close look how displeased the patients are with them. They act as if they doing you a favor. My suggestion regardless how good the doctor is, that is only one part of treatment. It is not worth what you have to go thru with his staff to warrant him as your pain doctor. There are others in town, whom I have found, who's concern is obvious, and professionalism, supberb. Go someone else!!!!!!

Extremely helpful and 100% concerned about his patients. I was in a car accident and was referred to his office due to acute lumbar back pain. Within two weeks I was pain free. He does not just hand you a bunch of pills, he actually does treatments that require no pain meds! I have found all of his staff to be incredibly warm and comforting! I really just can't believe how friendly they are! I have recommended him to anyone I know who suffers from chronic pain and will not hesitate to use him in the future if PM is needed. Trully a life saver.... I was misreable and mean while dealing with the pain, he honestly gave me my life back when he fixed it!!!! Only thing is, he talks really fast and is very high energy so you have to pay attention, but he has no problems repeating himself or explaing it multiple times in different ways so you can understand what is going on. You can call and ask any questions you need to, they are there to help you. Awesome.

Dr. Lemper's office staff is very rude and very unprofessional. No one in the office knows anything. They don't return phone calls and will put you on hold and never come back to the phone. The office staff is all in training from various schools and its very unorganized. Dr. Lemper is very nice and seems to be very concerned about helping you get better. He needs to be concerned that his terrible office staff is really killing his business and he should get a whole new crew. He has a very nice new facility and should hire some quality professional employees.

I was referred to a pain management doctor by my ob/gyn to help me control the pain from my endometriosis. I was concerned that a doctor that dealt with back injuries might not know enough about my condition to help. I was wrong! He knew as much as my ob/gyn about my conditions and treatments! The staff was very quick to bring me back to a room and I was with Dr. Lemper or his staff he entire time except for 5 minutes. This doesn't happen! And it gets better. He came up with a treatment plan not only to help with the pain, but to improve my quality of life and wellness. If you are interested in living a better life, see this doctor! You will do yourself and your family a great favor.
