Dr. Childers is always very thorough when he examines my son. I'm a nervous mother and he always takes the time to answer all my questions and he explains everything to me in wonderful detail. I trust him very much and am so glad we found him!

Dr. Childers passively dismissed chronic problems with my child since birth. He never tried to figure out what was causing all the problems. After five years of this and no signs of improvement, we finally met one of the other doctors in the group that immediately took notice of my sons problems. He was diagnosed with a very rare disorder that he was born with. All of those years I felt were just wasted on a doctor that was too incompetent to find the real problem. As a first time mom I put my faith in him that he knew what he was doing. I would never recommend him to anyone!

While babysitting, we had to take a 1 yr old boy to Dr. Childers, he was very scared and the doctor wasn't that patient he just took the boy we were babysitting, and examined him

Dr. Childers is excellent with our son, very knowledgeable, polite, willing to listen to concerns about our child and very honest. We need more physicians like him in the world. Please take your child to Lexington Clinic Pediatrics East. The only complaint I'd have is one of the receptionists (taller AA lady) can be a bit unfriendly but just put her in her place, ignore her or kill her with kindness.
