I have been a patient of Dr. Farooqui's for 15 years. He is hands tor down the best family doctor in Scottsdale. He has been instrumental in not only saving my life but also that of my father. His long wait time can be frustrating but it is worth it. I highly recommend this doctor.

Dr. Farooqui is the best doctor I've ever visited. His office staff is generally nice and competent but sometimes they can be testy. He is quite busy so it's understandable. I highly recommend this doctor.

I was a patient of Dr. Farooqui's for years when I lived in Arizona. He is by far the best doctor I have had. I had been very sick several years back and didn't seen to be getting any help from my current doctor. I came across his name somewhere and rememebered that he had once been a partner of my current doctor. Luckily I was able to get in to see him. I told him my symptoms and how long they had been going on. He ran a thyroid test that is not normally run and found that to be the source of my extreme tiredness. He referred me to an endocrinologist for further treatment. I had had a periodic stabbing pain around my heart for close to 3 years and pleurisy that my former doctor continued to prescribe stronger and stronger pain pills for. Dr. Farooqui asked the right question...Had I ever been TESTED for asthma. (I had not.) He did a 20 second in office test, diagnosed the asthma, put me on the APPROPRIATE mediation. The stabbing pains and pleurisy were gone in about a week. A+ Doc

he has been the best doctor I've every had. he is not afraid to run test and always follows up. he's found my cancer and gave me the name of the best surgeon in the valley. They saved my life!

After being referred by a friend I discovered that this doctor is to over booked. The four or five times I saw him he was falling asleep during my visits. Maybe he needs to take some time off.

Everytime I had a problem, I'd go see Dr Farooqui and he seemed baffled every time. Without fail, i'd get a prescription for a pain reliever or cough syrup. Of course, none of these things helped. Just overall very unknowledgeable. It took going to a new doctor to immediately diagnose my conditions.
