Dr Bayard, who has been my primary care doctor for over 18 years, really cares about his patients. He listens very carefully, weighing what you have to say about your illness without the usual "I'm right because I'm the doctor." I have mentioned holistic medicines and procedures and he says "OK, try them & let me know how it goes." He admits that doctors don't have all the answers, If you are upset, he'll take the time to understand why. Everyone I know who goes to him loves him. What a sweetheart!

Been a patient for a very long time. His new location at Reliant leaves a lot to be desired, rude nurse, can't get through the phones. He is a great doctor, just in the wrong place

I have been going to Dr Kern Bayard over 20yrs. He has always listened, took his time to know what was needed and treated the issue very well. If you ever need a doctor that cares and you don't want to feel like you are just a number. Then I recommend Dr. Kern J Bayard. He is the most knowledgeable provider with a great bed side manner you will ever find in the city of Worcester, Ma.

Dr. Bayard is awsum, just dont call at lunch time, its closed and nobody will answer your call. However when they return they are all very helpfull.
