I used to see Dr. Witt as a child. After 8 years of being away in a different state and now being a "grown up", I was still able to contact his office and get all of my records. I remember him as being one of the best doctors I've ever had. If i ever have kids, I would want them to have a doctor as wonderful as Dr. Witt

We recently switched to BCBS and confirmed with Dr Witt's staff that he was in their provider network, asking specifically about that, which they assured us he was. We took our kids in for flu shots which should have been covered by our plan, but because his staff lied and he isn't on our network, we got a bill for $45 per flu shot, despite them being available for $6-10 everywhere else. Dr Witt's staff refused to accept responsibility nor to adjust the price so while we like Dr Witt, his staff has to go. The world of pediatrics is about recommendations and moms and dads are talking about it constantly. We won't be back and will steer all of our friends away as well.

We *love* Dr. Witt. We moved to SLC in July 2011 and had seen some good reviews for him. They were spot on. They just moved into brand new offices this past year, they are timely, little wait time. Dr. Witt himself is just the nicest guy, takes the time to listen and explain things. A pediatrician who is actually GOOD with kids and my kids have always felt comfortable around him. I had some concerns about my 4 year old last year having trouble breathing, and he referred me to an equally wonderful Pulmonologist (Dr. Derek Uchida) to be sure all was well. Highly recommend Dr Witt!! So sad we moved to Layton and he is too far away now :(

Dr. Witt is one of the nicest, most knowledgeable doctors I have known. I am grateful that when our insurance changed and I had to leave the comfort of the pediatrician we trusted that he was accepting new patients. His knowledge, kind staff, and easy bedside manners make even my teenage daughters comfortable.

Dr. Witt is the best peditrician that I have met. As a pediatric nurse, I was very picky as to who my children would see. He is always so interested in his pt's and never makes you feel rushed. Holladay Peds is also a wonderful clinic and I have never had trouble getting in the same day.

He is a wonderful doctor. It's been only 3 years since we started to see him but I have more than enough to say about him and his nurses. They're just such a great people. Our previous Pediatrician, Dr. Folland, a great doctor as well, had retired from the practice so we needed to find a new pediatrician. I read reviews here and I decided to give Dr.Witt a try. Thanks to those great reviews, especially the one who said that they followed Dr.Witt! You're right! When my oldest was kicked by a horse and transfered from Timpanogas to Primary Childrens Trauma Center, Nurse asked me who is his pediatrician. I said "Dr.Witt". I don't remember exactly what she said but I remember her smile and tone of her voice gave me some kind of assurance that my son is in very good hand. At that moment, I could tell I made a right choice to have Dr.Witt as our pediatrician. I recommend him to anybody who's looking for a great pediatrician. He is definitely the great pediatrician.

Dr. Witt is marvelous, as is his MA Carmen. He never rushes through the exams, is patient with questions, always acts like the kids are his only patients for the day and has all the time in the world, although we know he's very busy. If your kid is afraid of doctors, I strongly recommend you try Dr. Witt - he and Carmen have a knack for making kids feel at ease. My kids, about to turn 9, have been seeing Dr. Witt since they were a year old, and even though we moved and have to drive almost an hour to get to his office, it is well worth the drive.

Dr Witt is a fantastic doctor, and sees all three of my kids. When my oldest was born, she didn't look very jaundice, but her bili was at life threatening levels. If not for Dr Witt, we may not have discovered it in time. He is very caring, and our kids absolutely love him.

Dr. Witt is a wonderful doctor. My 2 sons trust him and feel 100% comfortable with him. I feel like he is the most thorough physican I have ever met. He is very informative and I never leave feeling like I didn't get to ask all the questions I wanted to. I NEVER feel rushed by him. Also - the wait time from check in to seeing Dr. Witt is so short - every single time we go. Bottom line - he genuinely likes what he does and it shows in the care he gives my children. He is top notch.

Dr. Witt is amazing. I didn't meet him until my daughter was born and she needed to be transferred to a hospital with a NICU. Dr. Witt took care of everything and each professional who learned who her doctor was - only had wonderful things to say about him. Once in the NICU her care was turned over to the pediatricians there - but Dr. Witt still called up there to see how things were going and still called us to see how we were doing and if he needed to translate anything that the other doctors had said. My daughter is a year old now and we have been to Dr. Witt's office many times (she had to get a monthly shot to prevent RSV along with the normal well baby visits). Each time I have been there I have been impressed with the staff, and with the SHORT wait. Dr. Witt always takes time to answer all of my questions. We have called after hours a few times too and whether it was Dr. Witt or one of the other staff doctors...they have been wonderful to work with. I hightly recommend Dr. Witt.
