Dr. Hill has been my nephrologist for more than 6 years. I can honestly say that without Dr. Hill I might not be here today. I received a transplant 2 weeks ago after years of encouragement and treatment. Compassionate, deeply committed and frighteningly smart. You can’t chose a better nephrologist than Susan Hill.

Dr. Hill personifies my image of the perfect doctor: competent, kind, compassionate, truly interested in her patients' welfare.
I have never had to wait long to see her and yet she makes you feel like she has all the time you need to discuss your concerns.
I would be happy to have her as my only doctor but, alas, she is a specialist.
She even bothered to call me in response to receiving medical reports from another of my doctors which is unheard of this day and time.

Dr. Hill is wonderful and extremely knowledgeable. The only problem is she is very hard to see!! The worst part of a visit with Dr. Hill is her staff. The older female who sets appointment is the rude, shows no empathy and is very condescending. She really should find a job where she does not deal with the sick or people in general.

Physicians don't come any better. Dr. Hill is extremely patient and sensitive. As someone mentioned in another review, she makes notes as she talks and then gives the notes to you at the conclusion of your session.

Dr. Hill was very patient with educating me on how to live a healthy life after losing my left kidney to cancer. I appreciate Dr. Hill and her office staff. Highly recommend.

One of the best Doctors I have ever had. She is knowledgeable, professional and very polite. Has the best bedside manner of any Doctor I have ever seen. She has a great method of note-taking and sharing the notes with her patients. She is greatly appreciated
