I was not nervous about the procedure. The information I was given told me that I would be sedated and comfortable. But when the actual procedure was to begin the Doctor was rude and then did the scope without sedation. It was a very traumatic experience, I felt like I was being tortured.
This type of experience sure will stop me from consenting to future procedures, from any doctor. I am scared!

Staff is rude, she's rude, have yet to get medication. Choose another Dr if you can.

EXCELLENT! Over 15 years a patient and outstanding from procedures to follow ups, etc. So supportive, and very kind. Feel very privileged to be in Dr. Coopers care.

Horrible physician and likely horrible person. Rude, abrupt, and horrible bed side manner. Not comfortable treating bread and butter signs and symptoms in gastroenterology and will defer all decisions to other doctors when she is the consultant being asked a question. She should not be a physician.

I am so glad that I found another G.I. specialist. I was not at all happy under her care. She had a bad attitude and was not helpful. i am very happy with the new person.

This doctor and her secretary are terrible! Not personable...when you call, they give attitude. When you're there, they give attitude. I do not feel comfortable going there AT ALL. It's time to find a new doctor.

Dr. Cooper is not up to date with current research. Fortunately I found a Dr. who was knowledgable and actually listened. Cooper could be good with an attitude shift.

ive been a patient of hers for 3 years ... she is knowledgeable but for all of that she lacks a bed-side manner. the above post must have been written by her ... she is more focused on her teaching responsibilities than her patients ... if you are looking for a supportive doctor she isnt your person
