After almost 30 years of ear pain, this doctor did the surgery that tons of doctors wanted to be before, but in a less evasive manner. Minimal hair shaving behind my ear and low pain afterwards. I called him twice with concerns post surgery and he was nice and comforted me. very happy

Referred to Dr. Weisskopf as specialist for my condition. Arrived with hearing test results, typed description of symptoms, and related medical history. Typed description was reviewed for 10 seconds and handed back to me. Anticipated tests to diagnose source of current debilitating condition. Hearing test was conducted and results reviewed. Tried to discuss current referred condition instead, but was dismissed with insult. Dr. later apologized. No treatment was suggested for condition. Referred to 3rd doctor outside my insurance coverage. Very disappointed with visit and Dr.’s lack of attention to detail. Spoke to office manager several days later complaining about visit. Was told Dr. thought I could not be helped because MRI results showed nothing. MRI results were ten years old, not recent. This correction was brought to Dr.’s attention and no response was given. I'm unemployed. What did I pay $200 for? Total waste of my time and money. Would not recommend this doctor to anyone.

Overall I had a good experience. The man knows what he's doing, and I had a successful operation. I have to thank him for that. During some of the follow up appointments I felt rushed, and some of my questions were ignored. But before that he did make me feel totally better about going under the knife. His staff is excellent, love those people.

TRUE, HE DOES CALL YOU FROM THE WTG ROOM. BUT TO BE HONEST, I WENT TO HIM BECAUSE OF A SUDDEN ONSET OF VIRAL BELLS PALSY, OBVIOUSLY VERY STRESSED AND WORRIED IT WAS A TUMOR, I FELT HE RAMBLED ON FOR ABOUT 5 MINS AND BEFORE I KNEW IT HE WALKED ME OUT AND TOLD ME TO COME BACK IN 4-6 WKS FOR A F/U. I FELT LIKE I HEARD THREE WORDS AND THEN BOOTED OUT THE DOOR. BUT!!! I DID CALL LATER WITH A SLEW OF QUES. WHICH HE ACTUALLY GOT ON THE FONE WHEN I CALLED AND ANSWERED EACH ONE OF THEM. NO PA OR MA CALL BACK, IT WAS ACTUALLY HIM. IN ALL I THINK HE WAS VERY GENUINE AND GOOD AT WHAT HE DOES. I DO FEEL IT WAS RUSHED AND NOT FULLY TALKED THRU. MIGHT BE BECAUSE OF MY ANXIETY THO =( ??? VERY NICE DR.

First doctor I have ever been to that actually came out into the waiting room and called you back himself. Very honest and straightforward.
