I have been going to Dr. Santoro for many years now and I always tell him that I have to refer as many patients to him as I can so he can't ever retire. I have severe fibromyalgia and ostio arthritis and Dr. Santoro spent 2'hours with me at my 1st visit going over my symtems and he ordered tests. I did not have to have someone call me to give me my results, I did not get off work until 4:30 and he had my husband and I come after office to go over and explained each x ray etc... I have referred several people to Dr. Santoro and they love him just as much as I do.

Staff is friendly. I rarely have to wait more than 10 minutes. Dr. Santoro's goal is "pain free," yet he was also very cooperative when I wasn't happy with side effects of an effective treatment regimen (weight gain) and worked with me to make adjustments to try and get the best of both worlds. I NEVER feel hurried or that I wasn't given the opportunity to ask a question, and he is also accessible through email, which has helped when I've wanted to make minor adjustment dosages without requiring an office visit.

Dr. Santoro and his staff are wonderful. I have severe rheumatoid arthritis, and needed a biological drug to get it under control...I was pretty much unable to move when I went to see them the first time, and with their knowledge of this horrible autoimmune disease, they have helped me to be able to accomplish every day task with only some restrictions. I can get myself dressed now, no need for my daughters help. Thank you Dr. Santor o and Denise for giving me my life back.
