I first met Dr Pugash for my augmentation about 10 years ago. It went super well which is why I returned to him for the removal. Nothing medically wrong with the augmentation, I simply decided to go back to natural. Dr. Pugash went through the pros and cons of what a removal may look like. I was aware I may not be happy with the results. I trusted in the skills of Dr Pugash and wow, am I thrilled with the removal (no lift). I couldn't be happier and am glad I returned to him for what is likely a tricky surgery. I recommend his work both on the augmentation side and removal!

I can't say enough positive things about Dr Pugash!! He did my breast augmentation and everything went perfectly. Like many others, I had been thinking about getting this procedure done for several years and really wanted the results to look natural. I met with Pugash and another popular surgeon in the Vancouver area and decided to go with Pugash for a few reasons: he has incredible reviews, he seems to be known for delivering natural results, he has a crazy amount of experience, and it felt like he was very firm and confident in the recommendations he made during my consult, which really made me see his level of knowledge and expertise. Some of the reviews I read of other surgeons said that they were great up until the surgery and then either had terrible bedside manner or their service level declined once the procedure was done. This is absolutely not the case with dr. Pugash, he had amazing bedside manner, made me feel so comfortable going into the surgery when I was extremely nervous and he was so pleasant and friendly to work with during the follow-up afterwards. Lastly, I feel like his fees are more fair than other surgeons. Another surgeon I met with was going to charge the same cost or higher as the procedure (~12k+) if any complications such as capsular contracture came up after the procedure. With Dr. Pugash, his fees for revisions were a lot more reasonable and fair. If you've been thinking about getting a breast augmentation I can't recommend Dr. Pugash enough and I would highly encourage you to get on his wait list. It's a big deal getting this procedure done and it's worth waiting for someone who is truly excellent.

I am over the moon with my final results. I had a bilateral breast augmentation and a bilateral mastopexies with suction-assisted lipectomy. My boobs went from being nearly at my belly button to perky and pre-kids. Dr. Pugash was super thorough, he walked me through every step and made sure I was comfortable with the whole procedure. I wasn't to sure what size to go with but Dr. Pugash steered me in the right direction. I love my boobs and I'm so happy I got this procedure done and especially that Dr. Pugash was the one to perform it, it was worth the wait. Thank you so much!

I am so happy with the final results! I had saline implants put in 20years ago by a different surgeon and had scar tissue that formed around the implant which made them look unsymmetrical. I also had tubular breasts originally with no breast tissue, so it was a bit of a trickier situation. I really felt I needed to go with someone who had a lot of experience and expertise. After doing A LOT of research, I knew that Dr Pugash was the guy:) When I had my consultation he was professional, made me feel comfortable and was patient when answering any questions. You can really tell that he cares about his patients and wants what’s the very best for them. We decided that we would remove the 300cc saline implants, replace them with 500cc silicone gel, remove the scar tissue and make them more symmetrical. I can’t believe the difference in the way they look and feel. They look and feel so natural! Totally different from my previous experience many years ago. Simone was also great and was supportive along the way. She is very organized and thorough and was available when any questions popped up while I was waiting for my surgery date. The surgery went smoothly and Dr Pugash phoned me soon after which was very nice. During the healing process we had scheduled follow ups to make sure everything was good and it was. I just had my last check in and am so happy with the results. Dr Pugash is such an amazing and talented surgeon. I’m so happy and thankful that he took me on as his patient. I went for a consult at another clinic before getting a consult with Dr. Pugash and during my video call consultation by the end of the call I knew with absolute certainty that Dr. Pugash was my surgeon for my breast augmentation. He is extremely talented, knowledgeable and professional with great bedside manner. Simone who works for at his office is lovely she is kind, helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I emailed her with a 1001 questions as I was anxious leading up to the surgery. The surgery centre was clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful and went above and beyond. My experience with Dr. Pugash has been amazing. I’m getting married and was hoping to get my breasts done and settled before my wedding and Simone was able to fit me into their schedule so I could feel comfortable in my body on my most important day. Upon meeting Dr. Pugash, i noticed how experienced, knowledgeable, and articulate he was. These are all traits that made me certain that I wanted him to be performing my surgery. I had expressed to him that prior the surgery I had a very flat chest and wanted to ensure my breasts looked natural and I still appear petite and all I can say is that he really delivered with what I was looking for. I feel so much more confident in my body. I have done a lot of research on breast augmentations prior my surgery, however, still found myself to be nervous before the surgery and Dr. Pugash really did help comfort me. I am so happy I chose Dr Pugash for my breast augmentation. Dr Pugash and Simone were professional, kind, patient, and thorough. I felt very comfortable and at ease from the beginning. I only wish I made a consultation with him years ago. My left side was bigger than my right which is now corrected. He let me know what to expect every step of the way, so there were no surprises. I couldn’t be happier with Dr Pugash’s work! He is a perfectionist and did a perfect job on both my breast implants and my breast lift with implants that I had done 10 years after the first operation. I used to work in a surgical centre that he worked out of and I asked the OR nurses who they would go to for plastic surgery and every one of them said they would go to him, I'm so happy that I took their advice! I highly recommend Dr. Pugash!
