Horrible staff. Rude. Uncaring. Cannot smile to save themselves. All about the money.

I had braces late in life. Dr.Pus was wonderful in the follow-up to this procedure. Nothing was too much trouble when I required a night brace.

I had braces on my teeth for a few years when I was younger and then they were taken off. My teeth were beautiful. A few years later, they began to shift and Dr. Pus suggested they be put back on at no charge to me. Another year later, the end result was fantastic. Often times I did have to wait longer than my appt. time, however the staff was always friendly and helpful. I would certainly recommend Dr. Pus!

I have the impression that Dr. Pus is a competent practitioner; however all of the orthodontists in KW are overloaded with patients, and in the diagnosis phase, all of the appointments are 6-8 weeks apart, so we get the impression Dr. Pus is overloaded and we still don't have a final treatment plan after 6 months. So now we are looking for an orthodontist in Buffalo were we hope the orthodontists need patients more than the orthodontists in KW.

Dr Pus was very nice and knowledgeable. My daughter is very shy and was a little afraid, he explained his plan to her perfectly and was great at reassuring her. He outlined a very reasonably priced treatment that may prevent the need for braces later.. was proactive enough to ask about allergies and sent me home with sample test strips of wire for me to tape to her inside wrist to test for sensitivity. The front desk staff were also friendly and helpful. I am very pleased and thanking my dentist for referring me to such a great office.

We were told by another ordontist that our daughter would have to have 4 teeth removed and her top and bottom jaw broken to correct her teeth. A friend suggested Dr Pus. We went for a free consultation of course and were delighted that he recommended using a devise to widen her jaw as she grew and could save all of her teeth as well. Even after 10 years if she has any trouble we merely make an appt and he looks after replacing the retaining wire. We joke that once you start with Dr Pus he considers your teeth his own and and cares for them like that. Our other children have also had appt with him and we have been very satisfied with his approach to orthodontic care.

I had the unfortunate experience of meeting this dr and his office staff yesterday for a consult. They were rude and unhelpful and I hadn't even given them my money yet! We will certainly be seeking out a good ortho for our long upcoming relationship. I don't recommend that anyone who wants to be treated with any respect, to go and see this guy. The office was a total assmebly line and they were late to boot.

Dr. Pus does indeed run an assembly line practice. He does not provide progress reports often, and if you request to speak with him to get an update, be prepared to wait and/or be accused of applying pressure to hasten treatment. Worse than that, after three years of treatment, my daughter still had substantial problems, however Dr. Pus had long since removed her braces, and had reduced her retainer use to a couple of nights per week. His treatment was essentially over, however she still needed significant orthodontic treatment. Either he didn't see the problems, or he did not care to fix them, hoping we would not notice. We demanded a refund, which he provided, then he rushed us out the door, hoping never to hear from us again. We have switched orthodontists and had a successful complaint against him with the College of Dental Surgeons. We would never recommend him.

Dr. Pus is a very nice guy and they are always able to make emergency appointments. But in the past year my top wire has broken 3 seperate times and my teeth have completely shifted mainly because i had the same person put on the wire everyime. Be sure to ask for Dr. Pus!! His staff are also not the nicest people especially the front desk ladies.

Dr. Pus is very good at what he does, and I am happy with my teeth. However, he doesn’t spend nearly enough time with his patients. If you want to know anything about your course of treatment, you have to ask him yourself. The service there is always fast, but again, this reflects on how much time he spends with his patients - Don't know about you, but I'd be willing to spend and extra 10-15 minutes there to get answers and explanations about my treatment plan. His receptionists are not always the nicest people to talk to either. Dr. Pus is kind and willing to do emergency calls, which is nice, and overall the prices are very reasonable - but I guess you get what you pay for.
