I have been with Dr. Halloin through two very complicated pregnancies and for several years after. He is very soft spoken, kind, gentle and considerate. He is very knowledgeable and is constantly composed, even when the situation is serious, which is reassuring to a nervous patient. I would recommend him to anyone.
