Had an amazing experience with dandelion midwifery and michelle as my midwife. I would deffinately recommend her office for anyone whos having a baby! Cant wait until i have another so i can use there services again. :)

I used Michele and Joanne at Dandelion midwifery for my first and now we are pregnant with our second and we have already secured our spot with them again. For myself being a first time Mom, Michele was amazing. I immedieatly felt comforatable and at ease with her. we built a great relationship right from the start and I think that really helped. I had a few times in my pregnancy when I was cramping and have bad contractions and she always got back to me within 2 minutes of paging her. She never brushed off my worries and when it came time to deliver, she was just fantastic. Helped me manage the pain naturally, which was what I wanted and when my baby got stuck in the birth canal, she got right in there to help and get her out. Home care after was amazing, Joanne was great and helped with breastfeeding and our latch as well. Could not say enough good things about Michele!

Michelle and Jo are wonderful. I will use dandelion midwifery wth my next pregnancy for sure! Michelle was very patient and reassuring and made sure my husband and I had all our questions answered. She was great during labour as well. Everyone at dandelion midwifery, including the office admin, is lovely.

Would not recommend Michele. Comes off as great in the beginning. Poor labor coach. Needs to retire.

Michele is a dream come true! She delivered our first daughter and will be delivering our second very soon. She always has gone above and beyond the duties of a midwife. She would spend time just chatting during our home visits, even brought my husband and I movies to watch during those first few weeks. I didn't have many fears with my first pregnancy but started having anxiety after our daughter was born and Michele contined to help me long after the scheduled time you see her after your baby is born. My husband and I agree that no matter how many children we have Michele will be the one we turn to. She is so sweet, kind and knowledgable! Anybody that see her should consider them lucky!

Michele is a very nice person, but is so laid back that issues that need urgent attention are ignored. She was wonderful with the birth of my first - she was an ideal guide to labour. But afterwards, baby was losing weight for weeks and this was brushed off as typical. Baby was briefly hospitalized for this and once I supplemented her, she was fine. Because of my great labour and birth experience with Michele, I chose her again for my second but it did not go well. She showed up literally five minutes before the birth, leaving me to labour on my own through an inducement. The after care for my second was abysmal. She no-showed three times for our home care appointments, and I never heard from her again. Very disappointing. If I were having a third child I would chose a different midwife.

Michele was a fine Midwife during my pregnancy. She was sweet, and always kind. When I had my baby, she was great during labor and also during delivery. However, when it came down to home visits to see baby and me, she wasn't very helpful with my issues on troubles with breastfeeding, and she always seemed rushed. Then she started being really late for appointments, and finally, she actually stopped showing up! I had assumed that she must have had an emergency come up, and had just forgotten to re book a time with me. I had called twice and left messages both times for a new appointment time. No response! I never completed my "file" with her. She never called me again. She just left and that was it! I couldn't believe it! I was so angry! I had just shared the most amazing part of my life with her, and thought of her as a guide, and she just dumps us aside. It made me feel horrible, and I will not ever recommend her, nor have her again for my next pregnancies.

Michele didn't answer her phone for my labour- on the calculated due date- 21 hours long-and I ended up having my baby without her. She is not reliable.

Michelle is amazing. She was one of our midwives with our first baby and we chose to go back to her at her own practice with our second. She doesn't always answer her office phone, likely because she is busy with other clients or doing home visits! She always responded to her cell promptly if it was an emergency. I love that she is laid back about birth. With my first, when my blood pressure spiked, she did not hesitate to discuss options that included doctors, but we managed to get it lowered naturally before it got too high or had been high for long. I birthed both my girls at home. If you're looking for someone who has common sense, treats birth like it's a normal event, and has faith in you, she might be perfect for you.
