Lauren helped deliver our son at home earlier this year. My birth was uncomplicated but very fast. I felt like I was in very competent hands and was therefore able to focus on my labour. Lauren has a calm yet comforting presence that creates a safe space. I would highly recommend Lauren MacHattie as a midwife.

Lauren is amazing! She delivered both of our babies, one in hospital and one at home. Lauren is exactly what you would dream a midwife would be. She's calm, present, and thoughtful. I am so grateful she was present for both of our births and postpartum care. Lauren and Natalie make an incredible team. I love them both!

Lauren deserves every one of her 5 star reviews - she is a fantastic midwife. From the moment I met her all the way through my postpartum care she was empathetic, calm, kind and extremely knowledgeable in her field. She gave me all the information I needed to make my decisions and made me feel confident/supported in all of them. I can’t recommend her enough!

Lauren exceeding our hopes for what a midwife could offer. Her thoughtful, kind nature was grately appreciated during our pre and postnatal care.

During our labour, Lauren supported me to feel empowered and confident. She was grounded and professional, which made me feel extremely well cared for.

I hope Lauren will be the one to deliver any of our future babies!

Lauren was easy to talk to, empathetic and made me feel comfortable and empowered in my decision making. I am sad she wasn't the one who delivered my daughter but I am grateful she was part of my care!

Lauren delivered our first baby, and the entire process from our first meeting with her up until the birth of our daughter in April 2015 was such a positive experience. Lauren had a away of helping me feel confident and reassured throughout pregnancy and delivery. Each question or concern was met with thoughtfulness and kindness. If we have a second child we will absolutely try to ensure we can be under Lauren's care.

Lauren delivered our second child with her midwife partner at our home birth. Her care throughout my pregnancy was excellent - warm, thorough, compassionate and knowledgeable. I would recommend her to pregnant women in my life.

Lauren is an incredible midwife! She helped us every step of the way through our first pregnancy- and has made herself available at all times in case we have questions. We will be using her services for our future children- and I have/ will continue to recommend her to family and friends.

Lauren is an amazing midwife! She was my prenatal care provider, and delivered my baby girl, and cared for her for her first 6 weeks. Things were tough for us for the first few weeks, and she was so helpful and reassuring. She is very knowledgeable and personable, and even though she is insanely busy with other patients, she makes you feel like the only one:) I would absolutely recommend Lauren to anyone looking for a midwife, she is the best!
