Michelle helped us have the birth we'd always dreamed of :) Can't say enough good things. After the traumatic birth of our first I was determined to have a C-section but she convinced me we could do it naturally, and it was fabulous. Love her!

I LOVED having Michelle as my midwife! I would definitely go to her again. I never experienced her not answering the phone as other commenters mentioned

Please be careful with this midwife. I used Michelle with my first daughter and vowed NEVER to use a midwife again. She is too relaxed, she is too mellow and takes the childbirth philosophy like it's no big deal...It's life! It's a HUGE deal. Be very careful with her. Make sure YOU are educated with the entire process of pregnancy, childbirth and the first few days home with an infant because she is not available to you and she skips crucial steps. She comes off as if Doctors and western medicine is a waste of time...It’s not! In fact we might not even be here if it weren’t for western medicine. So, please for the sake of your unborn baby; make sure you are very comfortable and very educated about pregnancy before you go to her. It’s like your on your own half the time. And, she doesn’t answer the phone! So, imagine being in labour for the first time in your life and the ONLY person you trust and know to call is busy, then she acts like it’s no big deal, it’s just labour!

I loved Michelle, she was more than I could have asked for. Without her our experience would have been completely different. We decided at the last minute to have our baby at home and Michelle was prepared for everything, Did my blood test, cleaned up even called in another midwife to assist her with the delivery. She was so calm and know exactly what I needed before I asked for it. Anticipated every need and took such good care of us. Because of her help I delivered at home with no drugs and a healthy baby. After she was there whenever I needed, answering all my silly 1st time mom questions with a calm and understanding. She helped make our experience positive and made me a more relaxed mom. Thank you Michelle!

Michelle was my midwife and she didn't answer the phone when it was time to for me to give birth. I was in labour for over 20 hours and she had still not responded to the call. In the end I gave birth without her. If you choose her as a midwife, you might want to ask her about how often this happens. She might be nice but in my experience she was very unreliable!

Michele delivered all three of my children. Two in hospital and one and home. She is the right balance of caring and "get down to business". I love Michele and have recommended her to a number of my friends. Granted she didn't always phone back immediately, but it was never such a big deal that I felt I needed to address it with her. So I don't know if possibly she didn't respond right away because she was with another client or some other very valid reason. If you were considering her as a midwife I would ask: How soon can I expect my phone calls to be returned (15, 30, 60 minutes?)? If it is an emergency and I have not heard from you within X minutes what should I do? Maybe you will be happy with her response and maybe you won't but identifying your expectations will help inform your choice of midwife and create a better relationship.

always been great support for our family through 2 pregnancies and now this one 2, she dosn't have a office person so if you need her asap you gotta call her cell, she is a sweet natured person who listens to all of your concers and tries to suggest solutions or will help you find 1 if possible

I love Michele... She may not always be able to answer her phone right away, but she dose get back to you and helps with any question you might have... She helped me when I was in need of a friend and went above and beyond her duties as a Midwife. She will always be part of my family and life. We love you, Michele.

I absolutely loved having Michele deliver my two sons. She helped us through the best times and the worst times of our pregnancies. I would almost consider having another just to be able to have her as our midwife again ;0)
