I saw Dr. Novak at Oshawa Emerg with my 3 year old daughter. I've had some bad experiences with this hospital and usually avoid it at all cost but he was wonderful with her! He's kind, caring,and thorough. (Nurses were great too)! He also came back to check on her shortly after his first assessment. (Nice service for what turned out to be a minor injury). Hope doctors like him are a new trend at this hosptial.

Dr. Novak is really great. He has a mildly gruff exterior which is laced with some funny stuff! He reminds me of Col. Potter on Mash - the way he mixes his disposition with deep rooted caring. Brilliant and great MD.
