I agree that the wait can be very long, but find that the doctor is well worth the wait. I have never met another doctor as through and caring as this one.

I disagree, I think that she has what many doctors do not posess anymore and that is empathy, and feeling, yes the wait will be long, but it is well worth it, she is very smart, thorough and caring. No one is perfect you can spend 5 minutes in a waiting room and your visit elswewhere will be 5 minutes, if that is what you are looking for this is not the Doctor for you. If you are looking for a Doctor that is caring, sympathetic, will know you and review your chart infront of you, and make sound and intelligent clinical decisions, this is the doctor for you. NO her appearance may not be perfect but her care is. Everyone has issuues as no one is perfect.

Great knowledgeable doctor. Very thorough. And, her staff was always good to me. But, I finally had to find a new doctor because she was always late. And, it got worse over the years. The final straw came after trying four times to be seen for a follow up appointment, which I had to keep rescheduling because she was either hours late or didn't show up at all.

I found that the Doctor is not punctual, which to me is disrespectful not only to the staff, but the other patients as well. I had a 9am appointment and she didn't get in the office until 10:30am. The staff commented that she is not one for being on time. As for my weught issue, how can I take hea;th advice from someone who is morbidly obese. I had to cancel a follow-up visit in september because of a job issue and I still cannot get another visit even though Iam an established patient I have diabetes and a growing problem with my right arm and can't seem to get in for an office visit to take care of either. Iam very disappointed with this doctor. I've seen unlicensed doctors with beter care for their patients. ai would not recommend this Doctor to my worse enemy.

Expect to wait at least 2 hours and then listen to her talk about her cats, Boris and Natasha. And that's when she shows up to the office at all. And, as others have mentioned, she is morbidly obese and can hardly walk. It's hard to take weight loss advise from someone her size. She is thorough, but the wait (and weight!) are absolutely ridiculous!!!

Doctor is not on time or doesn't show up. Wait times are too long. Office does not notify in an acceptable amount of time to reschedule. Appointments are made about a month in advance.

Over 2 hour wait is routine. No respect for my time. Average clinical skills in my opinion. Unsympathetic staff. Will not return.

No one in this office seems to care about the patients. Dr. F is always late and/or running behind. Overschedules too many patients at one time. Wait time is often more than 2 hours. When I have gotten to see her, she spent a great deal of time talking about tv and pets and other non-medical stuff, and about 5 minutes on the actual appt. I have been told by her staff, when she hasn't yet even shown up, that I can't leave and then come back, because then I would lose my turn and they wouldn't be able to fit me in. Furthermore, she herself does not look healthy at all. The office staff have also made several billing mistakes which have taken months to fix.

Dr. Amy may not be punctual, but she is the most thorough doctor I have ever seen! Today I had the most thorough physical exam of my life, and I am 64 years old! When it's your turn you have her undivided attention, and she listens to everything you have to say.

1st time visit she was over an hour late. Weight was interfering with how long she spent with me, could not pick up pen she dropped so she had to leave the room to get another. I paid all money due at the time of visit and 2 years later I get another bill. I would not recommend for emergencies, I was having a Asthma attack and the office person said the earliest she could see me was 2 days later. I asked to speak to the doc and I was offered to speak to the nurse and never received a phone call back. I called back and asked if they could at least call me in med. for the neb machine. They did at least do that. It does not bother me if she is over weight but because of the need for emergency response and the extra charge you will get for going past a normal office visit concerns me.
