Dr.Nayar is a good doctor but I agree with the other comments she is always late. She is also very moody you never know if she's going to open the door smiling or huffing and puffing like she would rather be else where. As for knowledge she is great and I think that is why I have stayed with her. The staff is great but I guess the stress level is pretty high in there and they seem stressed at times but over they are pretty good.

Dr. Nayar's office staff are always rushed and come across as rude at times. Also, too many walk in patients are allowed to see her before those with an appt. The office opens late at 930 am and Dr. Nagar is never on time. She is a good doctor, but for those from outside of Vancouver parking is a problem and you waste a lot of time hoping to see her. I have had an appt. cancelled by the office staff a day in advance which is not good when I took time off work. This is a very busy office and appts. are usually only given a week after you ask for one. But, since I prefer a female doctor I have not switched doctors since not many accept new patients anyways.

Dr. Nayar is one of the best that I have ever experienced & I've been seeing her for many years now! She listens, discuss and suggests the best possible way to improve your health. Staff is good as well. Punctuality is one the issue that most of the times, even if you have an appointment, you will need to wait over 30 min to see the doctor which they must improve. Otherwise, I'm thankful for having her as our doctor.

Dr. Nayar's staff is very unprofessional... Never smile or treat the patients with any respect. One word answers or responses as well. This doctor is not punctual at all.. Always waiting an additional 20-30 mins extra to see the doctor... Never expect to see the doctor on time. The whole office needs to work on a more professional basis.. And value patient time. Book accordingly and take in patients at the time they are given their appt.

I would like to start off by saying that I am not looking to personally attack someones reputation, or integrity. This is just our experience and feelings. I have found Dr. Nayar to be the most unreliable doctor I've ever seen or had. My wife is pregnant and we just found her to be our family doctor. We are going to be first time parents and we have no idea what we are supposed to be doing. She gives us very little direction. Keeps no track of our test results. We only find out something needs attention on our results when we call and ask wether everything is ok. She has had 2 no shows to appointments made in the very short time we have known her (1 cancellation, and 1 no show to the office where my wife had to take a day off from work and waited at the office for an hour before she was told the doctor is not here and nobody knows where she is). Her knowledge might be ok but not a doctor I would reccomend as a family doctor. It feels like we are just another number in her client base.

Dr. Nayar is a very caring person as a Doctor. Always have people waiting so even if you make an appointment, for sure you will wait like 30min. The Doctors in that office should have more professional staff as that have to say much of them. In this case is not but for new patients that's what they will think. You can see they can handle stress and they don't look professional at all.

Dr Nayar is a very knowledgeable doctor, she is also compassionate. She is not on time however waiting for her is worth it as she takes time to listen to you. We have high expectations of our physician and as humans we should remember that doctors are also humans like us. All day a doctor has to listen to their patients problems and troubleshoot the illness, not a happy moment - stressful job for doctors. so lets cheer for Dr Nayar and give her a big smile and appreciate her on our next visit. THE NANDAS

Dr. Nayar is a very compassionate and knowledgeable doctor. I have been with her since she began her practice in Vancouver. Since her practice has expanded her punctuality in appointments leaves a lot to be desired. However, I would rather trade off waiting a little longer than not having her doctor walk over to me, hug me and say "Don't leave me because I won't leave you." upon delivering a dreadful diagnosis to me.

one Rude staff member. Other girls are fantastic. Dr Anuradha Nayar is very rarely on time. I've been over 10 times and she's always late, grumpy and just not a very socially friendly person. Not someone if i'd like to know as a friend either. This makes it very hard to share the most intimate (medical) things that are on your mind with this kind of Doctor. Sometimes obnoxious, sometimes like she wants to be your friend. Her knowledge is probably excellent but by then, you think what's the point.

receptionist is not compassionate and courteous with patients; will not get appointments with specialist unless we call many times; Dr is knowledgeable, but because of her busy schedule, most of the times, she will not notify patients in case of abnormal test results and only looks the patients file when they see her next time on getting appointments- this is possibly due to the ineffective process the week days receptionist follow in bringing to the Doctor's notice new test results. The previous receptionists were good and knowledgeable and one among them works on saturday only and she is good, knowledgeable and responsive. Dr should pay more attention to improve the process to follow up patients history on time.
