Dr Maziak made an earth shattering experience bearable. She answered all my questions but was firm and precise in what had to be done and the outcomes I could expect. My future seems much brighter now I have a plan moving forward.

I was a very lucky person the day Dr. Maziak become my surgeon. She is professional, attentive to your questions, explains the procedure, came to see me before and after my surgery. Her team in the OR was remarkable and I knew I was in good hands. This lady is amazing and her credentials are incredible. I can see why her great reputation precedes her!! What a admirable Doctor !!!!

She is truly an amazing surgeon and person. I recently had a thoracotomy to remove a tumor and she made this experience so, so, so much better than I anticipated. She had me home before Christmas with minimal pain/discomfort for such a major procedure.
Her entire team, the surgical assistants, nurses. Everyone was just wonderful. I'm just so thankful.

I have just recently met Dr. Maziak. It was just minutes before she performed an endoscopy and ultra sound of my esophagus. Her friendly face and words put me at ease instantly.
Before this first visit with her, I had been diagnosed with esophageal cancer.
My daughter and I had my follow up visit with her, and found her to be a wonderful source of help and information regarding my next step. We did not feel in the least rushed, she answered every question both my daughter and I asked. I was completely at ease.
She then told me that she is referring me to the Chief of Gastroenterology to have the cancer removed. I am now in his hands, and once again I'm feeling at ease and well looked after.
I have so much praise for Dr. Maziak and I am so thankful to have had her help and expertise, and of course , a very recent follow up phone call.

This woman and her office = Angels! Doctor Maziak even though it may be too late for my father, thank you for opening your door to him when all others were closed.
