Rude, rude, rude. All she cares about is money. All there of my siblings including myself had to get braces, and my parents told her to take them off after 8 years of braces on my sister. Always wants to charge for every little thing she does. Money money money. My brother is also autistic, and she was extremely rude and not patient with him at all. He was screaming out of fear and she threatened to kick him out because he was making the other patients “scared”

To be frank, Dr. Tjan is a terrible orthodontist - she treats her staff poorly, is condescending to patients and extremely arrogant. I had anxiety every time I had to go into her office for treatment. No medical professional should ever make their patients feel this way. She has a poor reputation both personally and professionally - I'd steer clear.

Myself and my 3 kids have all had our smiles improved by Dr. Tjan. This lovely woman and her staff are always nice, efficient and accommodating. I highly recommend them!

She ruined my face. She kept on insisting that I have jaw surgery to fix my bite - she said of course it's up to me to decide but when the initial jaw surgeon insisted I didn't need surgery she sent me to another one. Teeth fitting together is her only goal she doesn't take into consideration how jaw surgery will distort your face. I really wish I never went to her. Now I need surgery to correct how far my chin sticks out! What's, even more, aggravating my teeth aren't even straight after 10 years of braces!

Completely rude and obnoxious. Staff were nice but not enough to spend another minute in that office with such an arrogant human. Don't waste your time there.

Both my kids have great smiles now! Always kept us informed of what was going on with their teeth. Email scheduling made it easy to change appointments.

Very poor bed side manner. Not recommended. She has no manners and speak down to her patients and staffs. She cannot explain her treatment in a layman term and no options were given for the dental treatment.

To keep this short, I had a terrible experiance with this organization. It was understaffed, always in a state of stress in front of customers, always late, didn't confirm my appointments, disorganized and the staff did not communicate well because they were always in a state of rush. I asked to book an appointment to check on my retainers and they never replied TO THIS DAY.
It was also extremely expensive compared to other organizations, and the worst quality I could think of. Do yourselves a favour and DO NOT chose this orthodontist.

She is a horrible person. Rude and VERY poor communication. I desperately wish i could go back in time and choose a different orthodontist. Please learn from my mistake....FIND SOMEONE ELSE.

Dr. Tjan is arrogant, disrespectful towards her staff and patients and is incredibly condescending. I dreaded going to my appointments, as she made me so uncomfortable. I regret having her as my orthodontist and would never recommend her.
