Mr. Bonanno is the most judgemental, dismissive, and condescending doctors I have ever visited. Not only did he lecture me on my lifestyle choices, but he seemed to be highly annoyed that I was taking up his time! I agree with the previous rater who said he has a good supporting staff to make up for his inadequacies as a medical caregiver. His bedside manner leaves much to be desired; he comes across as cold and uncaring, which makes you feel LESS inclined to reveal what brought you in to see him in the first place! Avoid like the plague (even if you have it)!

Think he's great? Wait until you have a serious illness. No bedside manner, his attitude is "what do they think? They're going to live forever?" Doesn't like to refer patients to specialists, would rather try to do keep costs down and do it himself (at risk of patient's health).

I've been a patient of Dr. Bonanno's for well over a decade now, and I can honestly say I would not be as healthy as I am now if it weren't for his guidance. Always a consumate gentleman, never judgemental, and knows his work as well as anybody I've ever encountered.

It is so refreshing to finally have a doctor that I trust. Every doctor that I have had has always found some way to critize either my choices or lifestyle. He makes me feel calm and confident and I look forward to my next visit.

I have been seeing Dr Bonanno for five years and have always found him to be knowledgeable, caring, helpful, and concerned about my overall health. He has even called me personally to discuss issues and concerns, and to get me back on track if he finds that I am not keeping up with treatment. I think he is very personable and genuine and truly cares about his patients.

Took 17 other doctors to diagnose a problem, and this doc couldn't be bothered. The Big handoff. Does he actually do or know anything? No bedside manner, despite persuasion, and has no personal interest in monitoring patients and their health. Thank god he has excellent staff to cover his butt.
