You rarely can get through to leave a message. The office staff is unprofessional. I faxed a request to obtain my records and I get a call two months later reminding me of my appointment. I only saw the doctor a couple of times during my time with her.

I have had nothing but great care thus far. Dr. Hoffman is knowledgable and helped relieve some of my pain. The staff was courteous ,friendly and helpful.

Once had a 3 PM appointment and didn't get out until after 7 PM. I actually peeked out the door once to make sure they hadn't closed and forgot I was waiting. Dr Hoffman was very thorough but probably won't go back because of the wait. I work and can't afford to take as much leave time as required to see her. I did find it helped some to call ahead to see how far off schedule she was.

The staff that works with Dr Huffmann are great. The staff that handles appointments are terrible. The line is always busy, as if off the hook. When it does ring the switchboard is voicemail and office is closed.

My mother waited over a month to see Dr. She had the paperwork but had a question on 1 page. The receptionist gave her dirty looks and did not even want to help her. Then she waited for a good 30 minutes before going back. Once she was back Dr. came in and said she needed x-rays (did not give any explanation just walked in and out, x-rays had already brought some in but was not aware she needed more). The nurse came in gave her 1 gown which did not cover her and expected her to walk through the halls with people in them. My mother asked for another gown and the nurse became rude and ignorant. When my mother asked why she needed more x-rays there was no explanation and she was told "because dr. is ordering". My mother ended up walking out because she was not getting any explanations on ANYTHING. The staff was very rude as she exited and she did not receive any of the help she went for after a months wait! Will NEVER refer anyone to this place! A pt. should never be treated like this!

Not only do you wait at least an hour or more past your appointment time but the staff is rude. Dr. Hoffman misdiagnosed me and put me on a medicine she knew made me extremely sick - twice. On top of it all when I picked up my medical records (because I switched doctors) I realized half of my records were wrong and mixed together with a 68 year old grandmother! I'm 38 and no children. I would never go to this doctor or recommend her to treat your dog!!!

I have been in pain my whole life. two hours with Dr.Hoffmann and the right meds was like a mirical. She is so smart and took the time to listen and figure out what other Drs, couldnt do in 30 years. She probably saved my life cause I couldnt go on any more. THANK YOU DR.HOFFMANN AND YOUR GREAT STAFF.

I love this Doctor. Dr. Hoffmann is very knowlegble. Sometimes there is a wait, but it's worth the wait to see a doctor that knows what she's doing!
