I have already given a review, interestingly enough it was not
posted on your website, only the positive reviews are.
Extremely poor service. Woman at reception with oversized
eyewear and Ashley making snide comments about a new patient
and asking an inappropriate question, after already having the
information from my form I filled out. Extremely rude, lacking
in professionalism. Dr Laboncz gave me a 30 second exam,
queestioned the validity of my allergies to anaesthetic, even
though I had been diagnosed by a renowned allergist in the UK.
I was brushed me off with the name of another dentist who uses
laser. The only professional was the other assistant at the front
desk who was polite and ran my payment.
I since found an amazing dentist who not only referred me to an
orthodontist, but was also willing to go out of their way to research
holistic pain relievers, of which we found a natural alternative to
benzocaine. After a harrowing physical attack and in pain and
stress, this office left me disappointed and disgusted with their
treatment overall. If I could give 0* I would.

Wonderful office. I have been a patient for over 20 years
.and I am always very well cared for. The doctor is very knowledgable and personal. It shows that she loves her profession. I had referred lots of friends and relatives to that office, everyone is very happy. I Highly recommend this dental practice.

I've been going to this dentist for over 20 years and my most recent visit will be my last. I've had a different hygienist for my last 4 visits. Seems hanging on to staff is a problem? Now that Christine has retired, this place will never be the same. I've always felt that she was more interested in the fact that I had insurance that would cover treatments I didn't need. Time to try someone new!

I have been going to Dr. Laboncz for many years. I also had a fear for dentists, but when I started going to see Dr. Laboncz, she has changed my perspective of dentistry. She is just such a kind caring person and her daughter Dr. Baskai is also a great dentist!

She is without a doubt the best dentist around. I have been Dr. L's patient for 15+ years. She is both knowledgeable and current and I always feel she truly cares for her clients. Staff is great too!

I just cancelled every appt with this Dr. She told my 4 year old daughter about to receive a filling to "stop whining" then proceeded to drill her tooth WITHOUT freezing. She started crying from the pain and Agnes just shamed her. She then accused me of making my daughter upset. She was rushing us and just an unhappy human being. Please DO NOT take your child there. She also lied to us saying we need a special referral for a kids dentist. My husband has had the worst dental work from this place. He's gone back almost monthly because the work just doesn't last. Her staff is great though. Christine is amazing.

I left Dr. Laboncz over a year ago because I lacked confidence in her abilities. She seemed much more interested in giving me a white smile than fixing the holes in my teeth. Even though I had stressed to her I was not interested in cosmetic work, she waxed my teeth up to show the improvements she could make. I was not impressed.
The two teeth she did work on have now both been repaired by another dentist.
Dr. Laboncz might be okay for simple cosmetic work but she lacks skills in basic dentistry.
Her staff is great though.

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Laboncz..My teeth had erosion on the front 2 teeth and I had a tooth that was back a bit...My Aunt who works for her had me come in to see what she could do...I only had 2 visits..the initial consult and the work...In 2 hours she transformed me into the most confident guy ever..I love my new smile...I look at everyday and It has changed my life...She is an artist...She wanted to do Veneers but I chose to do bonding I think that it was called...WoW WOW WOW...My life will never be the same...I have to say something personal..I am on a dating site...and after she fixed my teeth I am getting trible the amount of girls that want to meet me....Thank You SOOOO Much Dr. Laboncz and my aunt...I have never been so happy.....

Dr. Laboncz just inserted my veneers and I feel like a brand new person! I can't thank her enough for all the time and effort she has taken to give me back my smile, I can't stop grinning for the first time in years. The entire treatment was so pleasant and easy and I am thrilled with the results! Thanks a million.
