I was referred to Dr. Degen by a friend after suffering through several bad or indifferent dentists. Dr. Degen and his staff (Sasha) couldn't have been more informative and helpful. They have wonderful "chairside" manners that keep patients informed during every step of a procedure. They don't mistake aloofness for professionalism. I had a wisdom tooth extracted. The procedure was handling competently, painlessly, and without a surprisingly large fee. I have no hesitation recommending Dr. Degen to anyone who is looking for a dentist, whether you are covered by insurance or not. Five stars!

No one I know likes going to the dentist at the best of times...however many years ago I went to Dr. A. Martinez and was so happy to have met him. Over the years he has performed several procedures on me and has always been very professional as well as personable ready to meet you with a smile. Recent years I have had more dealing with Dr. S. Degen and have to say I could not choose between the two they both take the time to explain in detail anything you may need to have done and take the time to also be personable with you. I can not say enough about these two fine gentlemen. But it doesn't stop there...the hygienist are top notch and take pride and care whenever you are in their chair....always giving little tips to help when they can. The pleasant experience in this practice starts right at the telephone then into the reception area where you are always greeted with a smiling friendly face. These girls are genuine and always make you feel special...they are always interested in how you are doing and how you have been since your last visit...after all we only see them usually twice a year and they are part of the reason the office is growing and keeps growing. There is nothing worse than a rude receptionist with a bad attitude...you will never find that with Holly and Sara. The whole dental staff always makes it a most pleasant experience. Keep up the good work!!!

Dr Degen is always pleasant and takes the time to explain what he is doing or has observed. It is a pleasure having him as a dentist. However, the same cannot be said for at least one of the staff members at the front desk. Very rude and unprofessional without a compassionate bone in her body. Having had to deal with such a person makes me want to find a new dentist which is unfortunate as my family members have been long time patients and love Dr Degen. Just on a side note never had this kind of service in previous years so possibly this is a more recent staff member that should have not been hired.

Dr. Degen always takes his time to explain what he is doing, and to make me feel comfortable. He cured me of my life-long fear of "going to the dentist". I wouldn't go anywhere else.

He's very competent and thorough. He explains every part of the procedure as he's working on you. I've never felt any pain or had any issues with the work that he has done. Very personable as well.

This guy broke my sister tooth . He took 3 months to make anew one. He left her in a terrible way. She was chocking over the brace thing he made her. She was in extreme pain and distress. I even had my dentist face time her from the Uk to help her. He did not treat her well at all.

This is the best dentist I've ever been to! He takes the time to show you your ex-rays and overall explain everything to you.
