Dr. Osborn and her team at St. Paul’s were amazing! They understood pain and deeply cared for me while I was under their care.
They did not give up on me. They got me.
My nerve pain was like nothing I had felt before, it altered my daily abilities and activities. I was sick a lot and couldn’t handle the cold or hot temperatures, the motion of driving, having my arm touched.
Afterwards, my pain is now manageable and the best part is I control it. The compassion Dr. Osborn and her team was tremendous, I knew I was in the right place after many triggering years.

I was in so much pain to both my feet because wsbc ignored my diagnosed CRPS condition to my feet that they only allowed me treatment for it after I was seen by dr Osborn in St. Paul pain clinic and then had my spinal cord stimulator installed because of Dr Osborn insistence my pain went from a 10 all day and night to 4-5 it’s like standing in boiling hot water to hot water and if you can understand the difference it’s like day and night I quit hoping that someone would cut off my feet I have the ability to walk and stand longer than before
So nothing is perfect but what she did for me is priceless
I thank her with all my heart 🌹👍

I've just seen some of the comments below and those people who criticized Jill Osborn are clearly living on another planet, on drugs or mentally deficient. I saw this doc for many years for pain management until it did not work anymore. Subsequently she referred me to a surgeon who gave me my life back! Without her help I hate to think where or what my life would be like today. Dr. Osborn is a kind, caring, considerate and brilliant doctor. If you have pain, contact her office.

Not many doctors will fight a WorkSafeBC decision, regardless if its baseless or not. Dr. Osborn fought for me. After 3 years of preparation and waiting for my surgery, WCB prevented a surgery at St. Paul's. Dr. Osborn contacted WCB and raised hell and forced them to allow the procedure. Any of these other patients complaining about Jill must not be the type that will try anything to gain relief. That's the type of patient she wants, the ones that are bold. Patients that understand that no treatment is 100% effective but they will let her lead them in a fight to relief together.

Horrible bedside manner. I cant believe the way she speaks to patients and staff too . She didnt listen to me when I described that I was having immense pain and decreased my pain meds instead of increasing or changing to another medication. She acts like shes god and she knows better than you. My nurses who were so wonderful and went above and beyond were trying to tell her that I was really in pain and she spoke to them like they knew nothing. Didnt even let them get a word in before she cut them off. This is a horrible doctor with an attitude problem. Very very high ego and awful person

Dr. Jill Osborn is a remarkable, kind and creative Doctor. She has treated me for years for constant pain, the result of several accidents and a hereditary disease , which have left me painfully disabled. I can't imagine a kinder, more understanding Doctor. She understands and knows everything about pain. She listens and her cheerful manner helps a patient get through the worst of experiences. i have witnessed her positive effect on many patients in the Interventional Pain Clinic in St. Paul's Hospital. She works well with all the staff and they express real fondness and admiration for her. You are a lucky patient if you are able to see her.

Dr. Osborne was incredibly rude, judgmental and unprofessional and confrontational with me on day 1 post op. She insulted her fellow Dr. Jen and
My surgeon Dr. Sadr, openly disagreeing with their course of treatment and care. She was very judgmental in stating that I used too much painkiller overnight post op, all but accusing me of being an Addict! Dr. Osborne needs to work on her bedside manner and realize that she is part of an overall care team not the GOD that she presented herself as!! I was left in tears after 2 minutes with her and that’s not like me at all. She was so confrontational that she demanded I sign a document absolving her of any responsibility, to which I replied absolutely. No such document was presented to me on dismissal from St. Paul’s. A very bad experience and I wouldn’t recommended this egotistical confrontational power hungry Dr. To treat my animals!
