I couldn't believe a doctor like this might work in Canada. Simply terrible attitude towards patients. I have tried to book an appointment for 2 week! and didn't succeed. I had an awful allergy which I had to deal with myself. In addition, I needed Dr. Oleg sign a form for me in order to get hearing aids. But of course, 3 weeks have past and the form is not signed yet. If possible, avoid this doctor! Don't let you be treated as nothing and that your health is nothing!

Went to doctor's office without an appointment, asked if I can be seen just to check Xray. report. I was struggling with a very bad cough for 6 weeks after contracting covid. Just asked to check the Xray results. After checking my lungs and Xray result, Doctor suggested his own "blowing up" balloons method. I started doing it immediately and right after 3 balloons almost stopped coughing. It was hard to believe after I had used so many other methods. Thank you, doctor, for accepting me on the spot and giving a useful advice.

Tried to call the office - the voice message turns on immediately, and there is no option to leave a message . I went to the office to find the door locked while there were lights inside. It was around my lunch time. I was dialing the office number while standing at the door and the only message I could hear was "No one is available to answer your call right now, please, call later". Unbelievable!!! And this is the place where they are supposed to help people. After knocking at the door for 10 min a receptionist came out and told me they are on lunch (!). There is no buzzer on the door and no mentioning of lunch closure on the office hours. I have never seen anything more unprofessional than that.

the doctor has a nurse practitioner as an assistant, I have not see Dr Oleg for at least the last 2 years, always have somebody else at the office, what happened with him?

I have known Doctor Oleg Klipitch since 2015. I have been traveling across Canada particularly lived in British Columbia and Nova Scotia. Whenever I have health concerns, Dr. Ok clinic stuff are prompt to response to my needs. Dr. Oleg Klipitch is personable, great listener, and empathetic to all my concerns. I feel I am always taken care of. I believe Dr. Klipitch treats everyone as he wants to be treated. Moreover, Dr. Klipitch is cooperative, brave, creative and decisive. His humor and calmness put me always at ease. He will do everything possible to be seen by a specialist , and have blood work and diagnostic investigations done ASAP. I admire his passion for medicine and helping his patients. I will highly recommend. I hope this helps.

This doctor only cares about his botox clinic and trying to upsell extra services any chance he gets. He is not a professional, his recommendations are offensive. Stay away.

Greatest person ever, have been a patient of Dr. Klipitch for over ten years now. There was not a single time that I or any of my family members, did not get an ample help from him or his staff. His clinic is exceptional, his knowledge is all-inclusive and his human qualities are superior. Wish him and his employees further success and happiness.
