Worse piece of human I have had the unpleasant experience with in the medical profession!!! He is rude, full of himself and demeaning. Did a 13 hour surgery on my back in 2010 and nearly killed me. I ended up needing to have 2nd surgery to clean the infection out and the day of scheduled surgery my blood count was so low I needed blood transfusion before they could operate. I flat lined and was in critical care ward for 2 weeks and then 1 1/2 weeks in isolation before they could operate. After I finally got well enough to go home he was a total waste!! I would never recommend him. He should have his license revoked!!! I am still suffering from this surgery ... it’s now 2021!!!

I was a patient. Dr Finn is very condescending. Dr Finn scheduled surgery and I sat at Bayfront from 6am til 10:30 am only to be told my surgery was cancelled. He DOES think everyone who gets pain meds is an addict. These are BROKEN bones we are talking about. He is very knowledgeable, but full of himself. I would go to a more caring surgeon. (I also agree w other comment about self prescribing) He is too hyper to seem normal. Doesn't listen to patients and talks down to them. NO privacy at all. Exam room doors left open and you can hear everything he says in next exam room. I have even heard him yelling at patients and the staff seems scared of him. The receptionist was TOTALLY RUDE on every visit. She finally moved away! Yeah!!!

I have been Dr. Finn's patient for over 13 years. He is the most knowledgeable, helpful Orthopedic surgeon I have ever met or been examined by. I like the fact that he tries all none surgical methods before he does surgery. For those who are seeking any Doctor to assist you in your drug addiction, this is not the doctor for you. If I have ever been in acute pain he has always been generous, but he doesn't want me to rely on medications. Medication mask symptoms or any other problems which could arise. As for as the Physical Therapy center in the office. The company who runs it is not Dr. Finn, therefore he has no control on how busy or not busy that they are. His Staff have always been professional and courteous toward me, even on my very first visit. If any one thinks any staff member or even grocery store cashier are being unprofessional, maybe you need to think about how you are one presenting yourself to them and how you are treating them.

Waited over 2 hours only to be told the doctor couldn't help because my x-rays were on CD ROM instead of film (as they were supplied by the ER). Receptionist (who was extremely rude) was supposed to check whether they could use the CD, but opted to make me wait 2 hours for nothing instead. Dr. Finn offered no apologies or help, and was berating, and demeaning instead (all the while I'm in intolerable pain because of a broken bone). He also proceeded to yell at his staff in my presence. Overall the most unprofessional physician I've ever encountered. His office is an abysmal disgrace to the medical community.
