Read me someone elses MRI results and then gave me the name of the patient whom I was seated next to in the waiting room. The receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. There was no privacy in the exam room. I can go on and on... Not to mention the Dr seemed to prescribe his own Meds...

Went to him for a broken finger. he was not very personable but scheduled my surgery quickly. 3 days later at surgery, i arrived at hospital at 7am, after having the iv in for over 4 hrs, a nurse came in and said my procedure was canceled and would have to be rescheduled. Finns office didnt call to reschedule, but the hospital called one morning wondering where i was. Finns office scheduled the hospital but not me. They (office personnel) only called after the hospital told them i was missing. They were apologetic but the whole incident is upsetting and unprofessional.
