Worst staff!!! I'd be fired instantly if I ever treated patients like they do. Dr. Youngerman is awful!!!

It gives me great pleasure to let readers know that I waited for 90 minutes in this joker of a physician's waiting room for my 91 year old mother to be seen for the first time before I lost patience and left. Anyone who treats patients in this way can't be a decent doctor, or, for that matter, a decent person. I will gladly search for another Long Island ENT, rather than returning to this office. If my writings can dissuade anyone from going here, then I've done a good service. Buyer beware.

THe staff is uncaring and rude. I was told the doctor was running on time, and yet I waited almost an hour. Others were taken before me. I had a difficult time making the appointment. I overheard the receptionist being rude to another patient. Later, the PA gave information without bothering to find out if it is correct. When I asked her to check with Dr. Youngerman, she was rude. She finally agreed, and did get back to me with the correct information.

Youngerman has this "intellectual" attitude that makes it tough for the average person to comprehend. Most of the time i would have considered him average to good, but after he ripped my septum while removing the packing and now i have a severe septal perforation that requires major surgery, i would not recommend him.

I thought the staff definitely lacked in class and attentiveness. They all seem to gather and chat about nonsense. Meanwhile there is a waiting room full of people. The second time I went there with my daughter, 3 people that came in after us went in before us (for the same doctor), and when I asked why, the girl said she didn't know why they hadn't called her. We were called in next, but there was no apology, no recognition that they made us wait an extra 30-45 minutes. On the other hand, Dr. Youngerman seems knowledgable. He is no-nonsense, not very friendly, but you can tell that he wants to get to the root of the problem and help you. I would recommend him, but his office REALLY needs to shape up.

Staff is unattentive, and they lie to cover up a slow moving operation. Nobody answers the phone within reasonable time. Staff rude/nasty/unhelpful. They do not pay attention to your coverage! BEWARE! they will also send you to their allergist/sleep study affiliates to rack up your co-pays. this office will waste your time like it has never been wasted before! LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!

Had 3 appointments here and waited an average of about an hour after my appointment to be seen. No problems with the dr himself but his staff is rude and not helpful at all. Clear your entire day before making your appointment you'll be waiting awhile! Might want to bring a good book with you as well

It took 5 calls from me to get him on the phone to get my blood test results. He refused to call me back because I was not a local call at the time. In addition, upon completing a sonogram for my thyroid (lump found)on Monday, he received the results on Wednesday morning and I called to get the results, his office staff (very rude and nasty)said he would call me back around 5pm that day. I never heard back and when I called at 6pm they said he left for the day and will not be in tomorrow (Thursday). I am waiting for the results of a potentially very serious problem and he and his staff were completely insensitive, nasty, unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend anyone to use Dr Youngerman or anyone in that horrible group.
