Stay away… he is rude, incompetent, he will ruine your mouth, when you ask for a document concerning your file, he won’t give it to you. He overcharges for everything if you have insu rance. Go somewhere else for your orthodontic treatment… you will regret it.

This dentist is unprofessional, rude, incompetent and should not practice, he performs work beyond his expertise. You must believe all the negative reviews that are posted as they are true. This man is sick and narcissistic, you will regret it if you put your teeth in his hands. RUN AWAY!

He did all kinds of unnecessary procedures. He chopped off my front teeth that were perfectly healthy for no good reason at all, and left them in a terrible state. He cut up a bunch of my other teeth, and they all started to fall out and crumble to pieces. He did not inform me that any of this would be happening to my body. He just assaulted me against my will I pray for death every day because of what he did to me. My mouth can no longer close, and I have to take medication because it is always dried out and a dry mouth is not a healthy mouth! My tongue and my cheeks and my lips are always cut and sore and bleeding because he messed up the alignment of my mouth so badly, never let anybody you love sit in his chair! His staff, or, rather, his harem, are absolutely terrified of him, and they walk around on eggshells, and never question him. I have been raped and beaten up and had horrible things happened to me in my life, but the worst day I have ever known was the day I sat in his chair and he did what he wanted to me. I was drugged up and could not stop him… When I started feeling around with my tongue to see what the hell was happening, he started getting angry at me, and I was frightened. The day I became his victim, was the worst day of my life… And every time I have to look in the mirror, I wish it was the last day of my life. I cry every single day now.

Ever want to be immobilized, gagged and dentally raped? Dr.Halpin will hack off your body parts without your knowledge or consent! You too can cry for hours every day and want to kill yourself because you were left with chronic pain when you had none before his attack. Become useless to your family because you are too sad to leave your bed now. Even his harem of assistants will not save you because they are afraid of the way he barks orders at them as well as the patients. If you never want to be able to smile ever again.....just sit in Halpin's chair.

Staff are wonderful and helpful. Got me in very quickly for severe tooth pain, did a few fillings and a tooth extraction the same day, and I am very grateful. He was a little of rude to his staff and myself, in the way that older men tend to be (calling me "little girl", "young girl" generally being condescending to his staff and myself.) And that alone i could forget if not forgive, but my real issue is the 8 hours I spent bleeding profusely. Called the on call emergency dentist, they were baffled as to why he hadn't put sutures in, said they had never seen such a large gash left open. I should mention that he kind of rushed out to get his lunch break. Also, once i informed him that my sister was there to help me make decisions as i am very indecisive, they completely failed to tell me anything, in favourof telling her. I appreciate them telling her, but I have no idea how many fillings he did, and the first I heard about him taking the tooth out was on the drive home. Now again, I am grateful to have been seen and helped so quickly, but it would have been nice if he had either finished the job, or scheduled another appointment. I totally get that we all have bad days, but as this was my very first experience with him, I will not be returning.

As a long time customer, I know that Dr. Halpin is clearly a perfectionist in the work he does. I also had the very best dental cleaning I have ever had in my entire life at his clinic recently - with much emphasis on preventive techniques and the time taken to explain the science behind fluoride and products like Prevident and Listerine.

Saw him for a toothache as an emergency patient. He fit me in and got me out of pain quickly. He gave me a break as I’m a student and lost my part-time job due to the pandemic. Thanks Dr. Halpin for everything.

Been seeing him for two years. Excellent dentist! He recommends what is needed and found issues with my silver fillings on my molars that I had for 3 decades. One ending up being a crown and the other replaced with a composite filling. I asked him for photos of the crack in the filling and he was more than happy to provide it and verified decay under the old silver one as well. Very happy that he recommended a new composite to replace it and now my tooth is good as new. I would highly recommend him. His staff are also very attentive and helpful to my needs while in the office.
