I'm very happy with my new cataract and the office of Dr. Law. It is a busy office and the staff take their time to answer my questions. Dr. Law has been very supportive and personable. It's a good caring team.

I was facing a wait of over a year under the public health system. From start to finish, I was able to have my cataract removed in little over two weeks. Beginning with a contact by telephone,Dr. Law's staff were most professional and helpful while guiding us through the process. Dr. Law himself was engaging and fully explained everything and answered all my questions. I never felt rushed. The procedure went smoothly and the results are excellent.
The followup by his staff has been thorough.

Oct 9,2020, I finally had my first cataract surgery today which Dr. Francis Law performed for me.
I WAS NOT expecting the great outcome in seeing right away ,BECAUSE on my way home in our car, I told my husband WOW, I can see so clear out of my right eye now. Even though it was rainy lightly outside and my right eye was feeling watery... I could still see clearly out the car window, I felt like crying. Just want to say THANK YOU SO MUCH Francis Law , you gave me such a great gift to see clear again in my right eye. Looking forward to seeing clear in my left eye in 6 months or less. Dr. Francis Law, I found that you are such a caring, kind, patient, and SMART doctor, not to mention the humorous side of you, RIGHT AFTER SURGERY. OMG,LOL Your whole staff was very kind to me before and even after...including Angela, who listened to all my concerns and took time to answer all my questions today Oct 13.2020 Great staff & great Doctor. During surgery I was aware of what was happening to my eye - it made me feel tense & nervous. Dr. Law was calm and reassured me.

Tests - 3 in 15 minutes - Efficient. I would like to have each test explained to me - why was it done, and whether the results were in an acceptable range.

Everyone here is suberp. They are an amazing team who make sure that their primary concern is the care and comfort of their patients. Excellent communication skills and Dr. Law is absolutely wonderful; empathetic and very collegial, and of course, extremely competent.

Dr Law and his staff are very friendly and helpful. No matter of what questions or problems we encountered, the office manager Angela and her team always provided assistance in an excellency and professional manners. Moreover, Dr Law’s expertise and professionalism have made my husband’s surgery very successful. Now, he can see clearly whatever he can. Much thankful for all the help from Dr Law and his team!!!
