I have been seeing Dr. E for 10 years and have not once had any issue. His entire staff is wonderful, he is extremely knowledgeable and sincerely cares about each of his patients.

As a patient of almost 18 years, he was the best. When my father died and I went to the funeral in another state, I had to cancel the doctor appointment. On return a week later, I was no longer welcome. Staff lied to me saying he was on vacation for a MONTH! Then I again called and was told he won't see me. Then he placed a bad credit item on my credit. Said I didn't pay one bill. He lied.
I was on Medicare and changed the supplement. I had given the front person my new card for their records. Twice! Still they billed my old company twice. They never billed the current insurance. Then they wouldn't talk to me or tell the doctor to call me. Their mistake hurt my credit. They screwed up and I had to find a better doctor. I don't know why he became such a bad person.

I read some of these comments and I truly don't know who they are talking about. I have been under Dr. Ettedguis care for over 8 years . He is UP TO DATE with new medical information. He has given me much relief from my physical and mental needs. I have had other Dr's in his field and they didn't do much to help me just gave me drugs I couldn't handle. I don't walk through life like a zombie anymore . He is 1 of the most caring Dr's I have met. He doesn't just walk in write prescription and leave. He doesn't give you a handful of medicines. I've NEVER ran into any insurance problems and I always receive my bills with details information. He has made my life livable again. I live a pretty normal life since I've had him for my Dr. I wouldn't change for anyone. If you want a Dr. that cares is Friendly and is up to date with new medical information than all I can tell you is to make a appointment and get your life back .

I feel Dr, Ettedgui is the most caring doctor I have ever met in my life. He listens and diagnoses accurately. His staff is caring and professional. He is a breath of fresh air compared to the other doctors in Florida. I recommend him to everyone.

Worst experience I've had in my life when it comes to healthcare. The office staff are rood, unhelpful, demand test to be done with 3rd party lab (at patient's expanse) to see the doctor. Overall I had to either pay a few hundred dollars out of pocket, or not to see the doctor. This information was never offered to me, even not when I was already waiting in the office. I asked, to be sure, and only then, after trying to avoid answering, they told me about the extra payments I will have to be responsible for.
In my opinion this is unethical behavior.

I saw this dr for 8 years and never once received a bill. I paid them $50 for every visit and they then claimed I owed them $242. Not once could they identify a month that I did not pay them. There is setting very wrong going on in this office as no bills are ever given to the patient and when my insurance company asked them to fill out a form the required me to pay an additional $25 to fill out the form. Bizarre.

More concerned with money than the patient.. Bad handling of insurance while I missed an appointment due to a death in the family
Came back to a hostile staff who refused to hi e me an appointment. The doctor never returned my calls. Harmed my credit. I had been a patient for 18 years.
