I have never been treated so disrespectfully in my life!! He has no compassion . I will not be returning. . If you are looking for a dentist I would not recommend him.

اسوء طبيب ممكن تتعامل مع أنه يستغل وضع المريض يقول لك التكلفة 250دولار انت توافق ويبدأ بعدها والاستغلال حتى يصل المبلغ إلى أرقام لم تتوقعها هو يستغل وضع العرب بالتحديد لأنهم لا يجيدون اللغة الانكليزيه جيدا ويبدأ عملية الاستفزاز
أنا لم أوافق على أسعار هذا الطبيب فخرجت لم يقم بعمل اي شي فقط التقط صورة للاسنان وعند المغادرة طلب 160دولار لم يفعل شي ولم يقل اي كلمة فقط التكلفة فدفعت المبلغ كما طلب ثم بدأت أسئل عن أسعاره وطريقة تصرفه فكانت إجابة أكثر من 5اشخاص أنه استغلالي واكثرهم قال إنه حرامي يستغل وضع السورين بحجة تعاطفه ويبدأ بأسعار تتفاجأ حين تبدأ بإصلاح اسنانك عند اي طبيب آخر أو السوال أنني كنت خاروف وعند مراجعتي له قال روح اشتكي
ارجو من الجميع التأكد والتريث قبل اختيار هذا الطبيب

Dr. Kandalaft has provided excellent service to me, my husband and our son. We are extrememely satisfied with his service. He explains well your needs and the requirements . His knowlege and care for his patients exceeds his professionalism . We are very comfortable and pleased to have top notch service.. his staff are excellent, friendly and very caring. Been his patient for 20+ years and never had an issue with him or his staff. Indeed, after a mistaken referral to an implant specialist, he "corrected" the implant issue himself at no cost. I do not understand the negative comments others have made as this gentleman is NEVER rude.

Dr. Sami Kandalaft is a very rude and disrespectful person. We were late twice for appointments - there were reasons - one time was due to a snowstorm - and I’ve never been treated so disrespectfully in my life as I was treated by him. He has no compassion or human decency and was completely unprofessional. Extremely disappointing. This rating is solely related to Dr. Sami Kandalaft and not his staff who we really like and are excellent.

In March 2014 I was informed by the staff that I had an outstanding balance of $28 because of a mistake that they had made in submitting to the insurance. During the conversation I was told that they would provide an invoice, however a month later no invoice, a very unprofessional phone call threatening service changes. A week later after sending a letter with payment Dr. Kandalaft replied not apologizing and that they expected prompt payment from their clients. Based on this experience I will not be going back and think that it's rather ridiculous of the completely lack basic customer service. He has lost a customer over $28 dollars.

I've been a patient of Dr. Kandalaft for a few years now. He is a very professional dentist with a great sense of humour. His dental assistants are gentle and do a great job. Appointments are always punctual. The clinic is so clean and spotless. The receptionists are also professional and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Kandalft!

Dr Kandalaft and staff continue to provide outstanding, careful treatments. When I visited his new office at 1900 Innes Road (in the shopping centre) his staff came out to the sidewalk to welcome me. He is so efficient and supportive -- he arranged for a replacement Crown which he cheerily installed. That kind of helpful care is why I travel from Kanata ever since I moved from East Ottawa, to take advantage of his service.

Dr. Kandalaft is a wonderful dentist, and he and his staff are especially good with kids. I highly recommend him.
