Not careing always in a hurry treated as if your a number gets agitated if you as questions or don't understand something

Dr. Rupp is always, kind, compassionate and easy to speak with and ask questions of. He has a quick wit and is eager to share a joke or two! Love him...wouldn't see anyone else for one of the most unpleasant procedures ever. As a RN I have very high expectations for care - he meets them!

I had a non sedated colonoscopy from Dr Rupp I had studied non sedated colonoscopies and felt comfortable , and my parents both who live in a different city had non sedated colonoscopy with no problems , but after one of the corners into the procedure it hurt and I cried out a little and he went off yelling at me " YOU ARE DISRUPTING MY FACILITY , THIS IS WHY WE GIVE MEDICINE , IAM NOT GOING TO FINISH THIS ! his sweet nurse suggested I get sedated for the rest of procedure so In the middle of the procedure I was sudated , he does not have the patience or skills to if a non sedated colonoscopy , seek another Dr if you want to not be sadated

Not very knowledgeable about my sons disease. Laughed at my concerns,and seems to be rather flip about explaining gastro problems. Was very kind to my special needs child, but not a feeling of concern. Endo seemed to be like auto assembly, everyone was on line, and he went room to room, never saw before procedure, would not see again.

I think he is so helpful with my cronic condition. I would recomend him to anybody.

I am very unhappy with the care I received and more importantly did not receive from Dr Rupp. The issues I have with the care I received from this doctor are to numerous to list. In my opinion I would not recommend him to anyone.

M.D. had a flip attitude, is an uncreative thinker, will not help manage pain

I would not recommend Dr. Rupp. A family member of mine went to him for a routine procedure, and she eventually passed away from complications of the procedure.Find another doctor.

Dr. Rupp is a class act. Very knowledgeable and polite. He treats you with respect and dignity. His staff was also super--GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.
