I have attempted to make 2 appointments with Dr. Lai. The first was made in person and he called the night before to cancel. The second was made by email and when I showed up, there was a sign on the door saying he was not in today. He has no staff, does not speak English well, and seems very disorganized and unprofessional. Avoid.
