Called to book a appt, and got attitude from the male receptionist. I didn't ask for his opion and he shouldn't be giving it. He is NOT a doctor and not qualified to tell me my symptoms are probably nothing to be concerned about, but will be me in. He talks so fast that I can't get a word in, and interups. Dr Kelton I have had no issues, he has very helpful over the yrs. The receptionist needs to listen for the reason and book people in, and please slow down when you talk..

Had my concerns about someone taking over for Dr Allen but Dr Kelton has been fantastic. Willing to listen to his patients and very kind and knowledgeable.

Dr Kelton has done an admirable job taking over from Dr Allen. He is punctual, knowledgeable, caring and he listens to everything I have to discuss and provides excellent care and guidance. He doesn't hesitate to refer me when the situation warrants. Very, very pleased with his service. Brian is also excellent with timely responses to email requests.

Dr Kelton is a great Doctor, he is really through, professional,helpful, and kind. Brian his reception is very quick to respond via email and phone and he is real professional and nice.

Dr. Kelton is amazingly helpful, has great bedside manner, and let's you be an active participant in your own health care which is nice. Brian is great too, he actually answers the phone instead of leaving it off the hook all day, AND he does it in a timely manner. You can also reach him via email now too which is handy. Very thankful to have such a great pair of people looking after my health needs.

Dr. Kelton had big shoes to fill after taking over Dr. Katherine Allen's practice, and he has done an excellent job. He is thorough and caring. The addition of Brian to that staff has been a HUGE improvement also! Brian now has a system set up allowing patients to email for appointments and questions. That has been so helpful since getting through on the phone has always been challenging, and Brian replies in a very timely matter. We are so grateful to be patients of Dr. Kelton.
