My favourite Doctor! He delivered 2 of my children and I found him to be genuine, knowlegeable and caring!

Best Doctor ever.....I had Dr. Skinner as a family doctor before he switched to emergency and he is the best. He is friendly, witty and very knowledgable. He is not a pill pusher. He will go to great lengths to solve and figure out what is wrong with you. Owen Sound is very fortunate to have Dr. Skinner at their emergencey department, and he was a great loss as a family doctor.

Excellent doctor. Simply put he likes helping people and has the attitude and knowledge to do so.

Dr> Skinner is accurate, smart, witty and well informed. When something is seriously wrong this is the man you want in your corner.

This doctor is an absolute gem. Lovely and compassionate and competent. When my young daughter cut her head open and was screaming, he sang to her. I've had him in the ER many times and this is consistent. Best doctor I've ever had.

I was very fortunate to have this doctor as my family doctor before he became an ER doctor full-time. This man if very kind and knowledgable. If you unfortunately have to go to the Owen Sound emergency, this is one doctor you want to see.

If you ever end up in the Emergency Department of Owen Sound's hospital you would be very fortunate to have this Doctor as your physician. Cannot say enough about this physician. He is one of the best and we are very fortunate to have him in Owen Sound.
