Lion's Head emergency He was great! Knew what it was and sent me to O. S.

Me and my daughter saw Dr. Michael Williams on 09/27/2022 in the Lion's Head Emergency Department regarding on going health issues, very knowledgeable, professional and overall a great doctor. Thanks, take care and GOD Bless ttt.

Without a doubt the best doctor in Owen Sound - wish we had him for our family doctor. He goes over and beyond when you show up in Emergency. Makes sure you have all the right tests and explains everything thoroughly.

Today my wife broke three bones in her ankle and dislocated her ankle, the doctor that saw ny wife which became her emerg doctor was very nice but when he sedated my wife to set her ankle it was quick and being in the room I didn't even realize anything happened. Once my wife came around she was in more pain than when she broke it. Back to x-ray right away. Once back doctor Williams came in to tell us the ankle was still not in place which was causing the extreme pain. He took over very professionally and put my wife's ankle in place. She woke up and instantly cried thanking everyone for relieving her pain. Thank you Doctor

My daughter had been seen at different emergency and was misdiagnosed. Saw dr Williams a couple Of days later on the busiest day in the ER. He was amazing and although it could have been a rushed situation he took time to look at things differently which ended up in emergency surgery. He was amazing

We took our Son to the Collingwood Emerg when he was very ill and he was misdiagnosed as just having a virus. A couple days later, we had to take him somewhere else as we knew it had to be more then a virus. We took him to Owen sound Emerg and we saw Dr. Williams. He knew right away by his symptoms that this was not a virus but Kawasaki Disease. A childhood "Syndrome". We are so thankful that he recognized the symptoms and called in a Paediatrician to treat him right away as there is only a 10 day window for successful treatment and he was at day 9! Kudos to Dr. Williams as MANY Dr's do not recognize the symptoms of KD and children are usually mis-diagnosed and left untreated. Thank you Dr. Williams.

Was admitted to the ER with severe abdominal pain. He made sure all tests were done and I had a diagnosis before the end of the day along with a meds regime. He was extremely caring, very informative as to what was going on with me and friendly. He made a stressful visit a little easier. Wish he was my permanent doctor actually!
