I completely agree with the other posts. This is the most bizarre situation I've ever seen. It is irresponsible. While the Doc is very pleasant, the focus of the office is not the patients, it makes me wonder if it is the pharma companies. Why do we tolerate substandard care?

I was verry dissapointed with the service from the secertary and the doctor. They would not return phone call, I would have to drive there and it still didn't help. we were supposed to see a specialist it never happened my mom passed away and I am still waiting. I would NOT recommend him to anyone.

It is sad that this man deals with geriatric patients. With a dying mother in the hospital, a phone call was placed to his office in a effort to secure some very important information and guidance. Our call was never returned and that spoke volumes. Not surprising really since as long as my mother was a patient he never returned calls of any nature urgent or otherwise. Always offers some experimental drug but does not monitor patients closely enough. Shameful diregard for the families of his patients.

Very rude staff, not helpful, not sensitive to people and the reason WHY they are going to that doctor. Although the doctor seemed very well knowledgable and nice.... is not helpful. Does not return phone calls. Does not follow up on people after placing them on a new drug that may have side effects that are VERY harmful to the individual and those around. Does not follow up on individuals after being rushed to hospital due to drugs given by this doctor. Doctor needs to carry out a plan as a support for that individual in cases where there are side effects! OR atleast return a call and guide them! So disappointed. Had very high hopes.... now none ar all!
