Dr. Tozer is more useless than a tampon at a bachelor party. Condescending, mean, and dismissive. He gave my family an after hours emergency line and told us to call with even the slightest concerning symptom. My mom rapidly declined in the matter of days, stopped walking, forgot her childrens names, couldnt use a phone, and she lives alone. I called this line and it wasnt helpful, which i asked him to clarify its purpose and he said he doesnt know because he has never used it before. He told us that my moms condition wasn’t catastrophic and to go home… i guess forgetting how to walk in your 60s is normal. Absolute trash doctor with zero empathy, should retire but probably likes the money too much. Rushes through his appointments, and i mean like wont even answer a single question but i guess thats how he uses OHIP to pay his bills. Mom was diagnosed only weeks ago and went from being my dads caregiver to a potato. His parents named him well.

Dr Tozer is very thorough & caring. Never felt rushed with my father & always felt heard.

Dr. Tozer has been wonderful to me. I'm so thankful for his care during my battle with breast cancer. He incredibly knowledgeable about the disease and helped me understand what was going on. You're in good hands with him.

Long overdue accolades goes out to Dr. Tozer. He was my onocologist starting in 1998. I have nothing but praise for his care, during my treatments and follow up. He always gave me his time, and never rushed my follow up visits. I know he serves the community well. He was both my and my Aunt's Dr. for breast cancers. She praised him as well.

this doctor is an absolute piece of garbage . He never listened to what my mom had to say or complain about. He was always in a rush as if he wanted to get out of the place, like come on if you dont like your job dont choose it in the first place. my mom has a problem in her lower back which she knew that it was cancer but he kept saying ,lets not get to the conclusion, and guess what my mother year later went to see her surgeon complain and crying about the pain, the surgeon had gottin an appointment for an MRI since he wouldnt and on easter friday of this year , the doctor had called my mom and told her it was cancer. my mother couyld have beaten this cancer if it wasnt for this rushed piece of garbage. she had asked for a second mri since it wasnt the surgeon job and she told my mom dr tozer if he had switched the medication it would be better for her and that she would have lived longer. so he said he was going to book a spinal mri and from there he would switched the medication and guess what he waited a month for the appointment and then my mom called back to confirm the appointment the nurses said that it wasnt true and said it mustve been a misunderstanding when i was there with mom and he deined that he didnt my mom filp out on the phone and the nurses werent so friendly complain to my mother but when she was in the right to ask for a second opinion and she did had. time goes she got a new oncologist who is way better and who actually listens to my mom and switched the medication and treatment. and what i wrote down here isnt even half of it. HE IS A PEICE OF GARBAGE WHO DOESNT DEVERSE HIS POSITION AND DOESNT CARE ABOUT HIS PATIENTS LIKE WHY TAKE THE JOB IF YOU DONT CARE FOR OTHERS. SHARE THIS TO GET HIM FIRED FROM HIS JOB SINCE HE DOESNT KNOW HOW TO DO IT. PATIENTS NEEDS TO BE LISTENED TOO AND TREATED WITH RESPECT.

Dr TOzer has been my moms doctor for years. He is incredible, well researched and continues to learn about new treatments. My mom has surpassed what she should because of him.

Dr. Richard Tozer is most knowledgeable and always spends the most needed time to explain the issues and any side effects. So lucky to have him as my oncologist. The staff are always puctual and understanding.

Dr. Tozer rook care of my mother in law. He's a wonderful doctor and knows his stuff. We couldn't have asked for better care.

Only net him twice. He seems nice and caring. Very traumatic time in my life. I will be seeing him for the next year so I hope he's everything I imagine.
