Dr Runji took care of my father for many years but when he was need he misdiagnosed my dad with depression. My father died from pancreatic cancer but despite see him monthly, Dr Runji did not pick up on this nor did he send him for any kind of testing. The family had to make all the arrangements. The day that my dad died the family had to wait several hours with the body before Dr. Runji would come to the hospital to pronounce.

Dr. Rungi delivered me. 35 years later and a move from the city and he still is my Dr! He has cared for my entire family and when my father was diagnosed Diabetic, Dr. Rungi was on call at the hospital. When he read my dad's blood results, he called him immediately and had him come to the hospital (it was midnight) That was the first saviour. The second was when my dad had a heart attack. He was in ICU at Port Hospital and Dr. Rungi refused to release him and contacted Hamilton General EVERYDAY to get him transferred. Hamilton General did dye testing and told us they were going to send him back to Port for the results. By the time we got home to Port, there was a message on our machine from Hamilton indicating that they were doing a quad bi-pass on him the next day. If it wasn't for Dr. Rungi, I don't think my father would be here. My father is a stubborn man and doesn't like to burden people. Oh..one more, my dad had phneumonia and Dr. R kept him in the hospital

I hope you are so lucky to have Dr. Rungi. After being bounced around through several hospitals, my father received the highest quality care from Rungi and the staff at the Port Colborne hospital. They all the time you need and are very compationate. I only wish I was a local and could have him as my own Dr. Frank Dwyer

Dr. Rungi is very helpful and very knowledgeable. He goes into detail for everything and takes the time to explaing things. He is awsome with my kids and will always refer them to a specialist if required rather than trying to cure them himself! There should be more doctors around like this who will go the extra mile for their patients. You do however have to wait for him but it is always worth it.
