Dr. Rungi has been our family doctor for 35yrs. He has always been great to is and if he didnt know what was going on will quickly arrange for a specialist in whatever field is necessary. Yes sometimes difficult to get them on the phone but never had anything but good experiences.

I'm not sure how anyone even sees the doctor. My husband has been his patient for years - mostly because he rarely ever has to see him so the motivation to change has never been priority. Rarely is about the only thing you get here- if anything. I'm not sure how he is busy with appointments, as you can't even get anyone to answer the phone. A recorded message comes up, giving outdated office closure info, and then tells you to dial the extension you desire if you know it and have a touch tone. Nothing else. If you hit nothing, it loops through again and again. If you hit 0, 1, 2, it rings about 40 times and hangs up on you. If, by some miracle you find a way to actually reach someone, you can try to book on one of his 3 days offered for appointments. Don't get excited though, you'll get an appointment about 6 weeks after your problem has cleared itself up, or you've gone elsewhere, or your dead. If you can't handle patient load, or hire staff to properly take care of phones and such, or spring for an answering system that actually helps, maybe its time to get out of private practice. Absolutely appalled at the total lack of professionalism in just trying to get an appointment or prescription refill!!!

I would have given a 5 out of 5 for staff if only rose worked there. His better half is definitely not better. Look everyone knows there is a shortage of doctors, but someone needs to tell this guy that it's time to pack it in. I would hate to rely on the emergency room and walk-ins as much as the next guy but when you can't get in to your doctor and then when you finally do you realize that he has a few loose, it's time to look elsewhere. I was told I would have to get fired in order to be able to go doctor Remington. How ridiculous is that. We have a choice in who we bring our car to but not our bodies. The medical system is messed up!

Dr. Rungi has been our family doctor since he started his practice in the clinic of Dr. A. V. McAvoy. He has handled all of our health issues and concerns with patience and thorough diagnoses and follow up. He has referred to specialists and to intensive examinations through hosptical and specialized clinical services whenever necessary. Dr. Rungi always takes time to listen descriptions of symptons and explain his observations and next steps. Our family has complete confidence in his work. His manner is excellent.

Dr Rungi jas been my doctor since I was a child. Now at 48 I still see him on a regular basis. The staff are like family and always ask how each member is doing. They really care about you health and well being. The office is immaculate and comfortable and I canèt imagine having to find a new doctor when Dr Rungi retires.

Met this guy at the local hospital. Ashamed to say he's Canadian. The first Canadian doctor I've encountered since moving to the area and he was totally INCOMPETENT. His nurse had more on the ball than this quack. I work for the provincial government, we're short staffed. Though this fool says I have bronchitis he says that they "don't give medicine at this stage". When I tell this so called doctor that the last time another quack told me this I ended up with pneumonia in both lungs he gives me this brain-dead look [as if comprehension is beyond him] and says well every cough doesn't develop into pneumonia. When you're working 40+ hours a week cause of short staffing and you got a history indicating such, yeah it probably will. Go to this doctor literally if you got no other choice, as in you're on your death bed.

I had complained on several visits about my previously injured right hand and Dr.G Rungi stated that he couldn't identify anything or see any changes since my injury - yet when he referred me to Dr.O Bengazi. Dr.O Bengazi after only seconds of observation said that I needed surgury right away - and he removed an abscess about the size of a small pea from my finger tip. That Dr.G Rungi couldn't itenify after several visits to his clinic. Also Dr.G Rungi said that I had a heart attack and after I saw a heart specialist he sated that I didn't. And Dr.G Rungi had over perscribed my Lithium. I had asked Dr.G Rungi if I could see an arthritis specialist about my injured right hand and he said that wasn't necessary.Dr.G Rungi has been wrong with all his assesments on my medical conditions. Iam not happy with the health care provided by Dr.G Rungi and I can only thank god that I have no serious medical issues.

When speaking to staff, they are friendly, accommodating a pay attention to detail. They take and relay messages accurately, promptly and are extremely helpful. Waiting time can be somewhat long however, this is generally due to Dr. Rungi being delayed by unexpected hospital duties or the fact that he has spent extra time with a patient's needs or problems. Dr Rungi always has the same manner about him. He is receptive, concerned and thorough. He always renders his opinion at the conclusion of an appointment and makes referrals when need be. In most cases the treatment I have received from Dr. Rungi has been excellent. There have been times when treatment has been unsuccessful and on observing this Dr. Rungi has scheduled additional test or has referred me to a Specialist to futher investigate the problem. He can often be found in his office dealing with patients late in the evening. He does this to attend to their needs whenever possible rather than rescheduling or canceling

Dr. Rungi is the best doctor I have ever seen. He explained about the birds and the bees to me 28 years ago and still, to this day, I have the up most respect for him. His attitude is top notch and service is the best.

Dr Runji took care of my father for many years but when he was need he misdiagnosed my dad with depression. My father died from pancreatic cancer but despite see him monthly, Dr Runji did not pick up on this nor did he send him for any kind of testing. The family had to make all the arrangements. The day that my dad died the family had to wait several hours with the body before Dr. Runji would come to the hospital to pronounce.
