Absolutely the worst clinic and doctor. He asks your personal information and the kind of problem you are having infront of the whole waiting room. No privacy at all!! If you don’t speak english he will not talk to you with respect, you have to speak english to be seen. Also, if you have any small cough or whatsoever (even if it’s not covid) he won’t see you!!! After waiting a week of suffering he didn’t agree to see me and told me to come back with a negative test. Absolutely ridiculous !! DONT GO.

Terriblly rude and selfish. I spoke to receptionist three times and she made no mention of PCR needed. Doctor refused to see me. He was aggressive rude and didn't care at all about my ear pain and blockage. Don't waste your time. All of these reviews are true.

The receptionist , is anal, rude, unprofessional and should be put to pasture. the doctor isn't any better

Horrible doctor and receptionist. They make you feel like we aren’t human. Got an appointment and went to see him but as we arrived, you need to stand 6 feet away from the receptionist with a mask and bring your own pen. Takes your temperature and screens you with a bunch of questions. If there is any symptom (my daughter has chronic congestion, hence the visit) you need a negative pcr test. The receptionist could have told us that before we physically made the visit! Why make us go just to turn us away. My daughter has had congestion and nose bleeds for the past 6 months, has nothing to do with Covid but still needs a negative pcr test…we will try to find another doctor, as this one seems to be selective about his patients.

This doctor was rude, cruel and abusive towards my boyfriend who went in for a simple blocked ear. He made him hold his breath so that he wouldnt "breath" on him because he is a big baby who should have his medical license revoked. Screw this guy and save yourself the trouble by going to see literally ANY other doctor.

I had a bad experience with this doctor. I called them on Apr.28 to have an apointment for my 2 years old child who had 5 ear infections since September 2021. They obligated me to do a pcr for him and if the result is negative, I can then call back and have an apointment. I had the pcr same day and received results on April 29 as negative. I called them and received a confirmation for an apointment on May 6. The doctor refused to see my baby as he is caughting and asked me again to redo another pcr. I tried to explain to him that this is innaceptable as they waisted my time ( I had to drive one hour from my home address to get to their location and also my baby has a little asthma and it is for that he has caught). Dr. wasn't willing to understand. He doesn't care about patients, the most necessary points for him is himself ( Covid)

Excellent caring patient doctor! Always takes extra time and effort for his patients. Human and very committed to giving the best attention to all patients, especially children. Takes time to exam carefully.

Dr. Rothstein is very professional and efficient with his patients. Very stingy with his Kleenex Tissues though. His receptionist is by far the rudest person with horrible attitude. If she worked in our company, she would be fired in a heartbeat
