Really rude and verbally abusive. Misdiagnosed problem as something wrong with my brain when it was related to a neck injury. Sends patients for expensive tests not covered by RAMQ and gets a cut from the fee. Should retire. Soon.

I had no problem with his approach to screening Patients for Covid. Perhaps a bit extreme but hey....... He identified my problem, gave me a course of action and I have no complaints.

Years back had no clue what my son had. Went to children’s hospital for a clear diagnosis. Now not only does he just take your card and charges it, he refuses to see your kid even though the secretary said he sees patients with strep and ironically forgets to tell you to get a PCR test before coming. So you arrive, he still has to take your temperature, 10 feet away and turns you away to come back with a PCR test. Time to retire.

Clearly covid has made this man a little nuts…he needs to move on and if he’s so scared maybe he should stay home. There is zero excuse for his rudeness I’ve been yelled at by him in front of my children because I didn’t know about his mask policy (after the government lifted this obligation) and I’ve watched him be so rude to parents coming to the pediatrician office next door with their sick kids. Today I watched him refuse a mom and her kid from entering his clinic after they had been waiting because they were on a plane 2 weeks ago. He told them to come back after 5 weeks have passed or do a PCR test. Who still does that, he needs to get over it

Horrible doctor! Refused to see my son because my husband said he had a cold last week. The covid made him crazy. Don't go!

The worst doctor ever, screening patient in the waiting room just ten feet from the elevator. Ask for a negative covid test. Went back with one and then he requested that I came back in 5 weeks. All of this was done in the waiting room and he has the nerve to charge twice the system for two visit. This is unacceptable. Do not go to this doctor find someone that is actually one.

The Dr. was asking my 3 year old son to have PCR test before seeing him as my son was having syptoms which was fever and running nose. However, after having the PRC test, the appointment was 2 weeks later and my son had other symptoms (coughing) which he was refused to see the Dr again this time and was advised to have PCR test again. Poor my little boy, he kept having PRC tests within 2 weeks just to see the Dr. This incident was not the first time for my son to see the Dr. I am sorry, during the cold weather, kids who attend daycare are sick all the time and not necessarily due to covid. I feel the Dr is abusing the healthcare system for his own benefit.

Had a follow up appointment with my daughter as she had an ear infection and started a sore throat the day before. After being asked the COVID screening questions from the receptionist, she advised me that I would need to have a negative PCR test (was previously strep). Explained that the symptoms she is showing are those of strep, finally the Dr advised that he would see my daughter. After waiting almost 1hr in the waiting room, the DR got asked the COVID screening questions and he said that he would see my daughter if she has a negative PCR test for a follow up in 5 weeks! Told him that he is an ENT Dr and refuses to see patients who are having ear and throat pain! Terrible, please look for another ENT.

Disrespectful. Treated me horribly for having hear infection. Would not see me without negative pcr test. No customer service as they did not call us ahead to warn us of procedure. Sid not let me in to his office. Saw me outside with no privacy. DONT GO!!!!

Had an appointment with this ENT, refused to see me because I had a cough. Requestes negative PCR test which I provided on my next appointment. Even with this test he still refused to do an examination and suggested I return in 5 weeks. Basically he doesn’t want to see any patients with a cough or sore throat. What a disappointment, waste of time and total lack of transparency.
