His staff are friendly for the most part. He however is a jerk. Hes unperson able he acts like your just another patient he rarely greets you by name even when your name is on a screen right in front of him. He is really irking me when he says you get them off in a month!! We promise off in a month!! Except I have had mine on for way over 7 months now. Figure it out Bozek.

A well run office and a very professional group. The process is very open and transparent....its a real passionate effort by all to ensure kids and all family members are involved and receive excellent care by Dr. Bozek and his team!

Both my children went to Dr. Bozek. Very nice friendly staff. My daughters treatment went a bit over but she would never wear her elastics and her teeth moved slower than normal. My son on the other hand finished early. I had a couple of questions for Dr. John Bozek and he called me personally!! WOW!! Thank you for giving my kids great smiles!

Great kid-friendly team! No complaints whatsoever.... appointments timely and convenient for our family. Dr. Bozek and Kelley are wonderful with my son. Who knew ortho appointments could be so easy!

My daughter had a appointment yesterday with Kelley, she's so lovely!, and we are super excited that the braces will be coming off earlier than expected! Hooray!

I found from the consult all through the treatment that both Dr. John and Senior Dr. Bozek were always willing to chat . Parents are welcome to attend all their children's appointments in the clinic if they wish. I enjoyed the friendly apointments and felt I was part of the process and they still monitor my kids retainers even though they finished treatment 2 years ago.

Always says one date and pushes it back farther and farther each visit. I was supposed to have them off end of October and am now being told the very end of March. Not happy with their service!

I have 3 kids and my oldest went to John Bozek. Our initial consultation was great and he seemed friendly and capable. Since he got our commitment I did not speak to him once in 2 1/2 years. Not ONCE. Not at the end..nothing. I would never consider taking my others to an office where the Dr doesn't have 30 seconds once every six months to say how things are going. I was so disgusted.

over promises/under delivers.This ortho is alright but nothing out of the ordinary.He took my braces off too soon and my teeth are still not right.Not real happy.
