Rude gets ticked off quickly puts down other doctors findings I wish I could leave but I just got to him he said I have anxiety which I already know but he seems to just want to pump you with medicine and be done. His way or no way.

Dr. Faizan Hafeez,Is by far the very best of the best that Upper Sandusky Hospital has to offer.His staff is always polite as well as courteous furthermore they work very well together relaying all pertinent information to the Doctor prior to him coming in the room. Dr. Faizan Hafeez actually cares about his patients and communicates well explaining in detail whats going on. He will also explain how he is going to go about treating his patients or whom he will refer his patient to if needed.I have the utmost respect for him and his opinion/abilities as a doctor.He his a straight forward Doctor and will tell his patients in a sensitive however honest straight forward way whats his thoughts and diagnoses.It is my own opinion he not a doctor for the money its my belief he whole heartily genuinely cares about patients,people and family.I would highly recommend Dr Hafeez to any and all in need of a neurologist.

Absolutely the worst experience of my life! Staff flat out lied about receiving a fax from my work. They refused to call my insurance company for a MRI per approval (thanks to a 3 way call with Promedia pre-cert department they finally called). Doctor was rude and dismissive.

The doctor was rude to my son, his patient. He also spoke disparagingly of other patients and how they came to him with lots of drugs etc. He implied my son was lying about his condition and "diagnosed" me with a psychiatric condition, which was outside of his expertise. (I was upset my son was ill and he told me I had an anxiety disorder...gee, you think I was anxious?)Maybe he was having a bad day, but his words made our day much worse. My son will NEVER go back to such a rude doctor.
