This place is awful. If there are 5 people in the waiting room or if you're the only one, expect at least a 45 minute wait to be called back. The office staff always act as though you're bothering them when you check in. I checked in one time and was treated like garbage by the girl at the front desk because I "interrupted" her phone call with Kroger, because she was trying to order a cake for her daughter's birthday party that was in 4 hours. The CNP's seem as though they're always in a hurry to get you out the door and just shove a prescription at you without listening. I only go here if I need to be seen asap and my family doctor can't see me soon. If you truly need to be seen and need a quality exam, don't go here. You're treated as though you're a waste of time.

Terrible!!! Leave the place and never go back... I am! These people are unprofessional, rude, and they threaten to stop seeing you if you complain, which anyone that is in pain management knows, is scary at best... Don't waste your time and money!
