MERCY ST ANNE HOSPITAL

My outpatient surgery at St Anne Hospital was by far the best experience I have had with outpatient surgery!

The staff & nurses are amazing. The food service is at best a 5 out of 10 Worst of all, the room was like an icebox! This was my 4th time there since 2014. EVERY SINGLE TIME we had to call maintenance to try & get the room temperature up... and EVERY SINGLE TIME they were not successful!

I wish my mother never went here and had to spend the last 24 hours of her life scared, in agony, in pain, and feeling like the medical staff weren't listening to her or that she was pain seeking. There were multiple errors that were made and ultimately my mother should still be here!! She had a biopsy performed on a spot where she did not even have cancer!! She was spitting up blood and hemorrhaging and they sent her home! Not to a nurses desk to be monitored or checked on, home to die alone scared. When she called to report that it felt like her lungs were going to collapse and that she was still spitting up blood, they told her it was normal!! Worst hospital ever!!

Thee worst hospital they could care less about anyone.They don’t even take standard blood tests when needed,my son is ups freight driver who delivered medical supplies at beginning of pandemic but just some one like every one else is mistreated BAD.Sickens me ambulance said they could only take him there.Not first time he has been mistreated 1/22.Again Don’t go there !!!!!!!

I went to Sr Ann"s emergency room for treat and the staff was excellent. Dr. Shelby, was out standing, she was very knowledgeable and discuss my options, . She was very detail oriented. You guys only have 5 starts I'll give her 5 times 3 which is a total of 15 stars. Nurse Kristian was also very good. She was very tenting and we over everything for me over all I had a very professional, and wonderful experience. DR Shelby, and Keistian you guys made my day. Thanks for everything.

They saved my life when I was shot at close range with a shotgun

Too many new grads. Charge nurse was very short with me and couldn't even do the procedure correctly.

Very convenient location & caring services from a very skilled & caring staff.

Stopped at the emergency room back around New Year's Eve called in and told them I needed somebody to come out and get me if I was having any other issues I would have been dead I still haven't dealt with the head of the hospital yet but when my father was in there years ago the nurses acted like it was no big deal and he was having issues bought the worst facility I ever seen four people giving a s*** about how you feel and they're expedients and taking care of people this wouldn't even make a very good Veterinary Hospital so take it from me

How can this be a top rated hospital when it makes the list of the 25 worst hospitals in the US for infections!!!! Makes the bottom of my list.
