Unbelievable incompetence. Scheduled a lab test for me that I already had done recently (and he had the results for), forgot to call in my prescription, 3 weeks after my other hospital test was done he still had not reviewed it, I called for my test results and he was supposed to call me back and after a week he still had not called.
